"Vanessa" claimed I could not have purchased the unit from them. Even after I gave her our account number, invoice number, and item number, pictures, etc., she still claimed I could not have purchased from them. So, after asking for something compatible and receiving no response, I Googled and got my own info and relayed it to her. Again, no effort or helpfulness from "Vanessa". It's too bad the wonderful small businesses get sold to bigger companies who in turn hire ignorant, lazy customer service reps. Needless to say that I will never be doing business there again. I found the strap I needed elsewhere.
