He will go out of his way to answer any questions that you may have or need to know. If there is something that you want that he doesn't have in, he will do his best to get you what you wanted. I purchase all of my Food, Fish, Reptiles and maintenance products from here. He has extremely fair prices that are far better than the big box stores. The store is ALWAYS competitively priced, the associates ALWAYS are incredibly nice and I usually always end up striking up a conversation with them because they are all just great, helpful, and down to Earth, and this store ALWAYS has everything I need and then some (at very fair prices). I have 3 huskies (2 of which go to the store with me as the third is old and never wants to go for rides) and they just LOVE going here. They always get lots of attention from the employees (one of which also has a husky and she always remembers us and always is so great to see!) and they also have given us lots of free samples of treats and foods. I also have 2 cats and I have discovered a few different treats that my picky old cat now loves and I was only able to discover these through their generous free samples for them. On Halloween I remember going there and they had all sorts of stuff they were giving for people AND pets and it's times like those and all the other times I've been helped here that made me realize that this isn't just another pet store. This is a place where everyone there honestly cares for your pets and because of that you will only get recommended the very best things to suit your individual needs. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Brought our dog in for grooming. They couldn't handle her because of her…read moresize (but they let us walk out. She is a 115 lb labrador)- They called us ten minutes later, left a message to come get her. My husband called them back immediately and said "no problem, I am on my way" -- He was only one mile away....He was then told "we gave her a bath and cut her nails, I am drying her, give us another twenty minutes" - (We took her in for a full package deal, bathing, teeth, nails, anal glands, de-shedding, etc) .. When my husband arrived, he politely said "next time, if you cannot do what we brought her in for, just please dont do anything at all " (Now we have to take her somewhere else, and he would have just picked her up like he said he would.). The employees became unhinged, and retaliated with rude remarks telling him he should be grateful for what they did - they did us a favor by discounting the cost (ok?? lol to that) - and the gentlemen told him to take our dog and get out. (this went from 0 to 60 in a hot minute- for no reason). (and yes, my husband paid for the services they did) The issue was not the bathing, or paying for the bathing.. The issue is that they were the rudest , unprofessional people arguing with my husband. The two ladies and gentleman with the colored hair (we dont know their names) were so incredibly disrespectful, I would never send anyone to this location. There was attitude from the very beginning- for no reason. I will be calling corporate. We have never been spoken to like this. (this excludes Rosemary, who acted professionally and sat there quietly while her coworkers felt the need to shame my husband in front of other customers). We drove 45 minutes to this location and walked away upset and disappointed . Never again.
