So I reached out. He texted and responded every time I reached out but it was a vague response so I had to pin him down as to what the date was that he was coming. Ultimately, we had to appear before our township planning and commission for approval. I can't say enough about the value of MDM's assistance. He was rude and dismissive to any questions I asked and basically said there to get the information needed for their survey. He also was not able to determine the starting point of the survey accurately, which seemed odd since he is a surveyor and should be able to read the map.

After living in the house for nearly a year, I can attest to the very high level of quality and craftsmanship that he put into this home. He used high end finishes like Brazilian Cherry floors, granite kitchen counters, and marble in the master bathroom.
