Having never been to a custom car cleaning, place other than a really custom care hand wash hand…read moredry and polish place in Houston. these people did an extraordinary job on vacuuming in every conceivable crack between seats, glove box, center console area, all around and under floor mats. Took them out of the car and used a small brush to clean them very thoroughly. I had phoned and said I wanted a custom car wash (my car had been out in the country and the grasses died all around our home and covered parking areas and there was dried grass and dust everywhere. It was a brand new low mileage car which had been cuddled in the Toyota receiving docks. I had a couple of paint scrapes and dings on my car from people hitting me in the H-E-B grocery store parking lot in Brenham which I asked them to address and they did they did have a contact with a dent man (who was not available on short notice) and I will go back to see him. I didn't really know how specific I needed to be and they were very very busy with cars to be done and I had made an appointment for 1:00 p.m.It was on Iast Friday afternoon and it was they did a great job. Dispite the long waiting line; They had a comfortable place for me to sit inside and look over my work and look over My downfall was I don't believe I actually told them what my exact focus points were; I should've made a concise list of all the things I wanted to have addressed when I made my appointment the day before, because that's what I was expecting when I got this "fantastic customer service, complete car cleaning." That's essentially what I got, but there were some places that they missed; I pointed them out upon their requested inspection inspection. (One of the last they things they did was spray the inside of the truckbed but they didn't dry it so I asked when I looked the finished car because I knew that once I drove off the wind would blow off sprays of water bubbles out of the back and onto the sides of the car. There were a few dust scrapes on the doors on the inside where things had been moved in and out. I wasn't there when he was cleaning inside but he didn't address some scrapes where I'd gotten some things in and out of the car and I pointed those out to him because I wanted those cleaned off too. (The car was brand new and it'd been a heckuva summer - our covered and roofed area on the side of our barn with the wind and heat was not a sealed area. Anyway, in general I'd have to say it was a great place and I hope to return . It was pretty darned pricey but well worth it to make m it car look nice and new again. The Owners were very nice and cordial, and schooled and Certified in "car-detailing". If you want a first class job, this is it. ( Don't forget your detail list.) Sincerely, Ginny Welch

Warning lights came on in my SUV, and I felt a strong pull to turn around and head back 15 miles to Brenham. That decision, though inconvenient at the time, turned out to be a divine appointment. I was traveling alone with my six-year-old son, a fully loaded SUV, and two dogs--one of them just an eight-week-old puppy. My husband called ahead to Appel Ford and spoke with Mary, who told him to send me their way--that they would take care of me. What a profound understatement that turned out to be. Mary and the entire Appel Ford team went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. What could have been a stressful, overwhelming, and potentially dangerous situation was handled with such grace, kindness, and excellence. They were busy--no doubt about it--but they made room to inspect my vehicle quickly so I could get into a rental. Mary also reminded me that I had a Premium Care Package I had completely forgotten about, which helped tremendously with the rental process. What touched me the most was the way they cared for my whole family. The manager noticed I was lowering the windows for my dogs and invited me to bring them inside where it was cool, simply asking me to clean up if needed. The staff kindly helped with my son--offering him water, cleaning up when he spilled, showing him the restroom, and even watching him while I moved our things. They greeted and played with my dogs. Their kindness wasn't just professional--it was genuine. But Appel Ford wasn't done. The very next day, after repairing the sensor issue, they called my husband to report that they had heard a concerning roaring noise during the test drive. Upon further inspection, they discovered that the front driver's side wheel was so loose that it literally came off when they removed the hubcap. Their attention to detail and their refusal to dismiss what could have seemed like a minor issue quite literally saved our lives. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, they once again went the extra mile, processing everything quickly and offering to help me transfer all my things back from the rental. It would have been easy for anyone at that shop to say, "We're too busy." It would have been easy to overlook the sound, to do just the minimum. But they didn't. Because of their diligence and compassion, I am here today with my son and my dogs--safely back home with my family. Words cannot express my gratitude. I will be a customer for life. I've already told everyone I know and will continue to tell them--it is worth the drive to Brenham for service like this. I am reminded of Psalm 91:11-12: "For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone." I was approved by UHFCU prior to inquiring about a truck they had listed. My approval was less than out door price but wanted to see if they would come down on price. Spoke to sale guy Justin who was very nice. They went down less than 300 dollars and added almost 1k in tint and clear coat protection. I called to speak to manager to see why this was their offer and if we could get closer to what I wanted to spend. He ran over conversation with why they add on all that and then when became condescending because he said they couldn't get my husband approved through their bank even though I already had my own approval. I was willing to pay difference in cash but decided I didn't want to deal with them because of their sales manager Will and his awful way of talking down to a customer with money to spend. Mind you this vehicle has been sitting on their lot for 3 months. Will treated me spoke to me like I couldn't afford a vehicle over trying to negotiate over 4K. If your going to buy a vehicle go somewhere else because this place is the kind of place that will definitely try to get over on you or treat you like you can't afford anything. I needed a good laugh! I ended up having it towed away from those sharks, who by the way charged a loyal customer for looking at it. When I brought in a coupon they sent to me (with no exclusions on it), they told me they could only use one coupon-AAA or their coupon. If I wanted to, I could have fussed about that, but it wasn't worth it. And it's not worth your time to be taken in by these people who are evidently trying to pay for the renovations on their shop, which by the way is really nice inside, but not with my money!
