Apparently, the car wash operator failed to check to make sure that the vehicle was put into neutral. And, when the vehicle started moving forward, he failed to stop the machine in a timely manner. To my surprise the General Manager of the Car Wash denied any responsibility for the damage to my vehicle. The employees at the Car Wash would not even look at my damages and expressed a total "non-caring" attitude about these damages. And when I requested the contact information for their regional manager or someone else in management at the company who I could talk with, they would not even provide me with any information. I was very excited when Splash opened this beautiful facility some 6-8 months ago and I thought that they would be a welcome addition to our community. But this experience has shown me that they don't really care about their customers.
