I went a few days ago and it wasn't a great experience. According to the lady in front of me, it ate her card and the attendant told her there was nothing he could do. I told her to call the cops or at least fill out a report. When I went to use the machine, it did seem like something was stuck in the machine and didn't work. There was a car behind me so I was unable to back out. I tried 3 more times before it finally worked. Then the car wash basically only cleaned the middle of my jeep and left suds on the hood of the car. It's probably the worst car wash I've ever been through. I won't be going back. It's a waste of money and time. read more

I have taken out a membership each year with no regrets. Take 5 carwash has the best automatic cleaning machinery. Unlike some other auto washes where you still find smudges left on the vehicle. In other words...not all car washes are equal. read more

Sat in the drive behind the lever for quite a while employee sat and talk to the car next to us who's lever had already been raised therefore it would not raise our lever to let us thru. When we honked and told the employee our lever would not raise until the guy went he said oh yeah then proceeded to go back just chatting. We had to hone again a few minutes later when we discovered they were never going to stop talking. He wasn't complaining he was just talking to his friend. Then when we finally got in the wash the left side was not working so half my car got washed and half did not. Certainly not worth $24. My next step will be to get my husband to cancel his membership and go elsewhere. read more

Car was Great! However, a few months ago I accidentally vacuumed up two different thinks from my work. It was a rainy afternoon and no one was there and I asked the attendant if she could turn off the vac's and check the vacuum? She said to call back after the close in a few hours and she would check! Called, No answer, went by the next day she said she didn't see anything! Today I left a seat cushion, went back this evening and asked the attendant if "anyone turned a cushion in?" He said No, we went to the two trash can my car was around and no cushion, I was hoping he would look in the office, but nope. The car wash is great and will hope to stop loosing my stuff! read more

I sat at the gate for 20 minutes because my unlimited car wash membership said I had used all of them for the month. No one would come to let me in, 1 employee came out and helped the other lane but ignored me. How can it be unlimited car washes then the screen says you used all of your car washes for the month? I got out and asked someone to help me and an employee said they were going to let me thru but never came to the gate. I ended up driving out of the entrance with no service. I went to the one in Byhalia Rd and washed my car, very nice at this location but won't go back to this one on Poplar in Collierville. Don't sell me an unlimited car washes then limit me, and be at the gate in case someone has issues. 20 cars had to back up and go around me. Poor customer service! read more

Great customer service. Friendly greeting, and the upselling is really good, convincing, but the quality of the was is horrible. I don't see a difference between the $22 wash and the $27 wash. I picked the $27 dollar wash, because I needed a deep cleaning and the machine just left streaks and residue everywhere. Came home and washed it in my driveway. Thank you for the customer service ladies, but I'll just stay home and wash it next time. read more

$10 for basic car wash. Put car in neutral once it starts to roll forward. Then after the wash you can vacuum to your heart's desire. Vacuum have good suction. And there are a lot. Free cloth rags and glass and interior cleaner. Bring a friend and it'll go faster with the interior cleaning because you can vacuum on both sides. Two kids of nozzles for vacuum. Back home Id be charged by the minute to self clean so it's so nice to have this place. Be grateful Memphis. Grass is rarely greener on the other side. read more

I go through car washes all the time in Nashville where I live. Today I went through this car wash and had a bad experience. Usually when you pull up a sort of friendly face will greet you. The lady at this location yelled at me because my car lurched forward. "You could have hit the back of that truck! Put your car in neutral!"She's yelling so loud. I'm totally surprised because as she pointed to the sign I realized she had been instructing me through hand signals to come forward and turn wheel to right then straighten up. That's when my car lurched forward. I was so close to the truck in front of me, I couldn't see the electronic signs directing me to put my car in neutral. My attention was focused on her! She was actually in my line of vision-I couldn't see the directional signs for her standing in front of them. She was so upset with me--it embarrassed me and I couldn't think what to say. She barked at me to roll my window up! As it was closing, I said,"You could try a little kindness."I don't know if she heard me or not. I will never go back here again! read more

The manger that is typically on is wonderful. She is super helpful and a great service minded person. There are some ppl that work here that are useless.
