    Paid for the most expensive wash and it didn't even include washing the soap off your car I guess. No undercarriage wash or high pressure wash either which I paid for. Clearly a scam. Stay away from any of the Zips locations.

    Overpriced as hell. I waited in line 30 mins to run my car through. After getting through I vacuumed my car then notice that the cleaning stuff didn't do shit and left multiple streaks of dirt across my car. When I asked a attendant about it he said "I just work here." And "It happens to everyone." Well thanks smart ass great way to run a business. Look at photos I attached to see yourself. Don't come here I wasn't even allowed a refund. I spent 20$ for a half ass job. Bullshit.

    Visited June 24th 2023, First time using Zips, I have used numerous other automatic style car washes for my 2021 Ram. I ran my truck through the Poplar location and discovered dents down the passenger side of my truck. The damage pushed my front fender in casing the passenger door to catch the fender when opened and dented two other spots on the bed in front of and behind the wheel well. My truck was pristine prior to going to this place. The staff got me a site assistant manager (I guess the manager couldn't be bothered to come up there) who helped me file a claim and even said there was another truck like mine who experienced similar damage not long before mine occurred. I have dash cam footage of the spinning brush bouncing off the side of my truck but Zips denied my claim and cited no other vehicles had damage like this. I spent 20 dollars on a sub-par wash and now have to pay an additional 500 to have the dents pulled. Wasn't even offered a refund.

    It's 4:17 p. m. On a Wednesday and they are closed for maintenance but there isn't any workers fixing anything.

    This location is closed for maintenance more that any other zips in the city. I think the workers put the sign up whenever they don't want to work.

    This is the worst company ever. I have been a customer of the company for over 10 years. I learned…read morevia a customer service representative at the Take 5 on Mt. Moriah and Ridgeway that I was paying $39.99 a month for two years, but the highest plan was billed at $32.99 a month. I attempted to call someone at the company's headquarters but was advised that I had to email customer service. I subsequently emailed customer service and was advised that yes I was billed at $39.99 a month and the highest rate was indeed $32.99. I was then advised that the current rate is now $39.99 a month so I was not eligible for a refund. I explained to the representative again (all via email) that I only wanted to pay what the highest paying customer was paying during the time I was overpaying. The representative doubled down and stated I was ineligible for a refund. This literally is thievery behavior. I literally use the carwash once to twice a month and this idiot representative costs the company a loyal paying customer. Text exchange with the representative: Message: I would like to talk with a representative regarding my account. On a recent visit I was advised that I have been paying an additional $10.00 a month since I started my account. Please give me a callback. Melvin Lewis is the owner/operator of this mobile car wash and detail service company. I've recommended his Mobile Car Wash to numerous friends and co-workers all whom have been very satisfied with both the reliability and quality of service. The thing I really like about Miracle Hands is the convenience of getting your car(s) washed and/or detailed when it's good for me. I don't have to leave my driveway to get my car washed. I don't have to wait in line or worry that a mechanical car wash is going to scratch my vehicle. It takes one phone call to set up your appointment. Prices are very reasonable as well. They currently charge $25.00 for a full car wash. This includes wash, wheel dressing and full inside cleaning...windows and all. If you'd like the full Detail Service, the cost for my car was $150.00. I have a full size sedan. The full Detail Service includes wash and wax; full inside cleaning of windows, carpets, seats and finally cleaning your engine! My car looked brand new when Melvin was done. Even the engine looked brand new. Well worth the price. I highly recommend Miracle Hands! I know Miracle Hands services Memphis, Collierville, Cordova and Bartlett. He's also gone out as far as Lakland. I'd imagine he'd also service parts of Mississippi.

I was going to get just the standard wash/vacuum for $35 but when we realized my car (which had been living in New Orleans) needed a little more help, we moved up to the hand wax service and I'm SO glad we did. Beautiful job and very thorough inside job and all right outside my home. The biggest miracle about Miracle Hands was the way he predicted the weather with 100% accuracy. I'm thinking gift cards for the holidays.
