Upon picking up my vehicle, I was informed that it couldn't go through their automated wash. I understand that certain vehicles may not be compatible, but I was disappointed that no alternative was offered. A simple hand wash would have been a thoughtful gesture and would have greatly improved my overall experience. It feels like a broken promise, and it left me feeling dissatisfied.
