I was a little nervous to check this place out because of the reviews, but I had an overall positive experience. The staff were friendly and explained everything and directed me where I needed to be. The vacuum had a very strong suction. I'm only giving 4 stars though because my car, although it looks a lot better, still has dirt on the back as it didn't seem to reach the back very well when cleaning. read more

Ok so I went there after getting off of the highway due to an accumulation of bugs on my front end of my car. First time I went through the lady attended forgot to bug prep my car and the second time she did but it was still bugs and bug juice on my car. I walk in and ask the store attended how can they help me get the bugs off and he was of no help so long story short I paid $21 dollars for a car wash that did clean my car. read more

I just went through this car wash this afternoon, what a joke. I paid for bug removal and the dude was trying to put it on with a brush as I am already rolling into the car wash. Had bugs all over my mirrors and grill and it didn't even take them off. The brushes don't do a really good job on the car either. My side mirrors didn't even get touched. I wouldn't waste the money unless you want a car to get wet with some soap. I recommend going elsewhere. read more

I've been using Whitewater twice a week for years with no issues - not a great wash, but it's fast and convenient. A couple weeks ago I felt a little grind going onto the wheel guide. After exiting the wash I checked my wheels and sure enough the front driver side rim was chipped (these are expensive matte black wheels). I went in and was told to leave my contact info. A manager called and said they'd be checking the cameras and getting back to me. I've tried several times now to contact them but have been repeatedly told the cameras malfunctioned that day and they are waiting for a "work order" to retrieve the footage. At this point I'm done, I'll just pay the $80 to have the wheel fixed and wash my own car from now on. But - if you have nice wheels DO NOT go through this wash. read more

I had a wonderful experience here. Free unlimited vacuuming and a nice wash for my car to get rid of all of the salt and highway residue. The staff is great! I accidentally locked my keys in my car and the staff was so incredibly nice. I was able to use their phone for quite a while to make some calls and Tim and Nick were outside with me for over 30 minutes trying to help me unlock it from the outside with a wire. A big THANK YOU to them. Overall, a great experience! I will be coming back. read more

I was not impressed, my car mirror broke and the owner was in no impression of fixing my car and criticized me. They obviously had no respect for me or my car and they only have one person working which they kept leaving when there trying to talk to me. All they wanna do is give me a gift card which is very insulting like they think I'm lying. 100% don't recommend. read more

I have used Checkers and have had a hard time being happy with the end result. From the cash machine and paying to the bugs on the bumper. This time there were issues that no one wanted to help solve. I won't go back. I don't feel it is my responsibility to prove my issue. read more

My first time at this wash. Couldn't get the machine to take my money. The attendant got the machine to work but no explanation of what I wasn't doing right. After returning home, I found the windows weren't clean, the sides splattered and a vertical strip down the center of the tailgate that was missed. I might expect some of that had roads been wet but not when dry. I got the wash and wax so $10 wasted! read more

Two bad experiences there. The gal whom seems to be the mgr. is not customer oriented, rude and not accommodative. I also ran my car through twice and it still didn't clean off the bottom on both sides. Not impressed at all. read more
