I have multiple monthly subscriptions for my two vehicles. I liked supersonic because of the personal experience and good quality of service. Unfortunately, I have not been happy with Supersonic. I never see a manager presence anymore. I had an experience with the assistant manager who was impolite and went as far as not fully drying my car off. I had to get out finish the process I pay $50 a month for. There is only one girl who is consistently polite and professional. She's the Polynesian girl. She always is smiling and actually interacts with the customers. I feel almost all the other employees do not engage with customers. I don't even get asked if I like the car anymore. I don't know what changes have been made, but I want the old supersonic back. If things continue as they have I will not continue my subscriptions. read more

I used Super Sonic for years and loved them. However, since the company took over I will not be going back. My car stay clean inside, with the exceptions of the normally dust, etc. They used to have an option that you could pay a couple dollar and they would wipe down the inside (not must to wipe but it is helpful to someone like me who is unable to bend over due to back fusions). I took it multiple times since being purchased and they no longer offer this service but they state they will wipe down all your windows. Each time, none of my windows were washed inside and not much of a vacuum job either. I WAY over paid for just an exterior wash. I will never return here and would love advice from others on any good washes around. read more

Needed to get my vehicle "dance ready" for my son's prom so I purchased the Works treatment. VERY disappointed in the results. Upon inspection when I got home, the outside wash was mediocre, the bottoms of the doors could have been wiped and clean better, the floors were barely vacuumed and jams not wiped off. I'm generously giving 2 stars only because it was busy and the service was speedy. However the quality suffered greatly. I won't be going back. read more

Took my Subaru wrx in for a good detailing. I paid to have my carpets and seats shampooed, body waxed and all the interior surfaces cleaned. My car was in pretty sad shape after letting my American bulldog ride around in the back seat for the summer. I dropped the car off and came back a few hours later and everything looked like new again. I always take my car here for regular washes but this was the first time having them detail it and I think it was an awesome value. I went in to the Ogden location to have my car cleaned. Two of us pulled into the full service lane even though it was closed the attendant helped th car in front of me patiently waited the attendant finished with that car and then came back to his station I thought to help me then a person in a Tesla pulled up in the express lane I told the attendant I know your not going to help him when I have been waiting now almost thirty minutes. He went ahead and helped the Tesla anyway. It was my first time at that car wash and I will never go back. Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The overall carwash wasn't bad but was one of the owners David Thornbald. Nothing but an extremely distasteful person and a man without class. The reason for it all is mainly due to his ability to be so rude to his customers. I watched him berate customers constantly and to myself as well. His mannerisms to Hispanics and people of color was definitely noticed on my part. I absolutely will never go back to give them my business after this issue. If I could get them 0 Stars I would. I would absolutely recommend people to never go to due to this person David Thornbald and his constant prejudice behavior. If you want to get it done right this is the place to go in Ogden. Every time time I go my jeep ends up looking like new :) the services are amazing. The wait can sometimes be a challenge for me because I hate waiting but at the end it's all worth it because you get what you pay for. The cars looks super clean inside and out and smelling good too. Also a great distraction is the bird they have inside he's way cute too look at & you can also see the cars as they pass threw the wash. read more

The customer service is crap!!!!! I've brought my car in 3 times and every time I do they tell me they're too busy to detail my car! Each time I brought it in earlier so as to prevent it being too busy! 20 min after opening they told me they were once again they were too busy! I asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn't even talk to me! He spoke through his receptionist. And he told her to tell me it was because their air compressor was down. If you need your car washed quickly don't come here! But, if you want it cleaned well and don't want to do it yourself then this is a great option! I've been coming to Supersonic for years and I love the attention that goes into my car every time I get it washed. The guys that clean them do a really great job and will wipe anything you feel might have been missed. I always give them a tip because that's the way I was taught and obviously if the job is done exceptionally well I give them a bigger tip. I recently got my car detailed by them and was VERY impressed by the cleanliness after they were done. The price was great for the detail job they did. The time it took them to do it was not great though. I was there for 3 hours when they told me it would be done in 1. I wasn't in a rush but I was annoyed that I was told wrong to begin with. I will definitely be going back again because I was pleased with the result. read more

If I could give a lower review I would. I got there and spent almost $70 for a seat cleaning detail and the most expensive car wash which comes with a wipe down in the inside and vacuum, the works plus. 2 different people told us it would be 1.5 hours. I get an Uber to the mall which cost me like 7 bucks. Then I get a call 20 mins later saying my car is ready..... ummm so why did they say 1.5 hrs, I would have just stayed there if that was the case! I call back to MAKE SURE it is my car and explained what was being done. And she said yes give us 10 more minutes! So I take an Uber back (another $7 bucks) and it took about 20 minutes to wait for one and then get to the car wash. I get there and seriously wait another 30 minutes because it STILL is not done. Apparently they accidentally called me when it was another vehicle that was ready. They only told me after that that's what happened, I don't think they were planning on telling me. I get in my car which the dashboard is NOT clean and my doors have dried dirt on them that a basic $7 car wash gets out! I only noticed the outside when I went to get gas at Costco. I go back and ask to speak with a manager. I show him my receipt of a $68 car wash with detail and ask what exactly that comes with. He said cleaning the dashboard, wax, wash and everything. I then asked him if he can look in my car because I don't think any of that was done. As soon as I open it he says it wasn't done. So then he says give us a little and we'll get it put through again. Waited another 20 minutes and finally left. They didn't offer me any kind of compensation for wasting almost 3 hours dealing with this. It was always hit and miss but since the new owners have taken over it's hit rock bottom. Took my car in for the works which costs almost $30.00. There were two cars ahead of me when I got there. I waited and waited for my car to come out. Twenty three cars came out before mine because they were interior only. I finally asked the supervisor if there was a problem. They should take them as they arrive. They pulled the car in front of me to do the exterior so I watched every detail. They never cleaned the interior windows yet said the car was done. I told them about the windows and they said they had cleaned them. Nope, didn't happen. Cannot recommendation this place any more. They do a lousy job and charge to much. read more

Since the sell of this business, service has been very slow. Waited over 15 mins just to get checked in with only three cars in total inline. Prices have gone up, wash is the same. Drying area kids just stand around and talk and don't get the cars finished. Been coming here 20 plus years, hopefully that can get their act together read more

Been getting my truck washed here for over ten years. They changed ownership a few months ago and the service has tanked. They can't pull your mirrors out and dry them off anymore. Truck leaves still looking filthy. Very disappointing. read more

Took my car here first time today, I have a coworker that told me good things about it so I thought I would give them a shot. I paid $30 for I don't know what. They finished within 10 mins... Nothing was vacuumed my windows were still dirty after he said that they were going to wipe them down. My backseat is disgusting still because I have two dogs, and they like to go on road trips with us. I wouldn't waste my money here again... a five-year-old can clean my car better than they can. Let me start by saying that this is pretty much the only option in Ogden. This place is terrible. They never get the bugs off the front of the car, wheels always have dirt left on them and the windows always have streaks. I want to have them take it back through but it takes so long I just say forget it. I wouldn't go back to this place but I have a book of ten washes that iam trying to use up. The only thing this car wash is good for is to knock off the chunks of mud or spray the salt off of the car in the winter. read more

Disappointing experience. Went to this car wash to get the mud off of my truck. Was told they did not know if it could go through because the truck was muddy. Another employee came out and stated yes it was fine going through, but it would be an extra $15 on top of whatever car wash I chose. I went down the street, paid $5 at another car wash, the guy pressure washed my truck and sent me through. I would skip this car wash. read more

Very disappointed and annoyed! I purchased "the works" and verified what that included and then went inside to wait at the Riverdale Supersonic. The wait time wasn't too bad and when they announced my car was done I went outside to check it out. Before I even got to the back of the vehicle, the gal asked if there was anything they could touch up for me... to which I answered, let me look first and I'll let you know. She acted a little annoyed. The exterior wasn't great, windows were streaky and there was still big spots that hadn't been touched. It was supposed to storm in a couple of days so I bypassed having them re-clean any of that and then opened the doors to check how it looked. It was horrible!!! The cup holders in the front and back looked like they had barely been vacuumed let alone wiped out. Windows inside were dirty and spotted, dashboard looked smeared like they used a wet dirty rag to wipe it and there were still crumbs in the seats, floor boards and mats were messy. I asked if wiping out the cup holders and seats and floor boards was included in the wash and she said, well what wash did you even pay for and looked at my tag on the dash. Wow! Yes - all of that is included. After she had been in and out of the vehicle multiple times, it now had black dirty wet feet prints from her getting in and out each time I asked her to wipe something else that was supposedly included in my wash. I mentioned it was my bosses car and would like it to look nice as that is what I thought I had paid for. I asked for a rag so I could touch it up myself, which I was handed so I could clean it out better myself. She then asked, "What - are you looking for - a raise?" Extremely annoyed and angry by now, I replied, "No - were you because I don't think that will be happening anytime soon?" Wow! Horrible customer service, horrible experience! read more

I rate this place a one star because I have to give a star to write "DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SUPERSONIC CAR WASH" this place is fast & doesn't clean the inside like they said it would. Sure the outside looks decent when you first see it. Once I took a closer look it was smeared chemicals from the automatic cleaner when they towel dry the vehicle making it look clean. I have been here three times the first time I paid extra to get a nice wax detail & interior clean. I was there for an hour and it had smeared marks all on the outside & inside. I asked them to clean it better they said it was good if I am not happy it's because I didn't get the full deal package. I thought I did since I paid $60.00 for full service details. I thought I would try again this winter to clean off the salt from the snow since they towel dry. The money & work they do sucks! It is the same if I would just do it myself through an automatic car wash for half the price. Then have them smear a bunch of chemicals from the wash with hand towels trying to make it look like they did something to the car. I am not sure how safe are the chemicals coming out of the machine safe on vehicle paint. Will it damage it over time because all of the extra shine it puts on the vehicle then the sun bakes on it outside. I will never waste my time or money at this place. I had the same experience yesterday as another reviewer. Paid for "The Works" and the only thing they did in the interior was vacuum the mats. Nothing was wiped down, the inside of the windows were still dirty, same with the cup holders and the entire console. There were also water spots on the exterior mirrors which shows they did a quickie wipe down. I was in and out in probably under 20 minutes (not a good thing in this situation) and there were only a few other cars being worked on. I don't know if this is a management issue or one with the employees not being as thorough as they should be, but I will not be going back. read more

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR WASH! I PAID $25 FOR THE "WORKS WASH" I'm told by the attendant it includes the interior which is why I brought the car here. I go out once the car is "finished" and there's dust still on the dashboard, and all the crevices, cupholders etc. They barely vacuumed the mats and seats. 1st time customer today. First the a young guy gave me attitude while pulling in. I told another young man I wasn't sure what was involved with "the works". He told me just a standard vacuum, wash & triple wax. I thought that had to be wrong for the price, so I went online to check. The outside of my car looks great, but I get in my car & the dash is still covered in dust, my windows are still dirty, & I paid for an air freshener that I never got. After $25 & a tip I expect my car to be cleaned not half way. My husband took my car back to complain. I don't see myself going back. read more
