The customer service was great and the young lady who helped me was very insightful and informative. I love that they provide a dust wipe, air pressure, and vacuums complimentary with every wash. It's always nice having a clean car on the outside and the inside. It is great that they provide the tools to do these things yourself. The vacuums are strong! As mentioned above, my car had dirt, dust, and some mud by the tires. I ended up going through twice as the first time there were some soap marks from the first wash and mud by my tires. There were also some hard water spots. However, the dust and dirt was gone and my car looked so much better. As I was about to go through the second time, the employee informed me that one of their dryers has been broken for a little bit so that could be why the water spots were there. I asked if they have plans to fix it soon and she said that she didn't know. I sure hope it gets fixed soon for a quality dry! After going through the second time, there were still hard water spots (not sure if this was all due to the lack of one dryer) and the mud by my tires. I didn't have time to go through a third time but really would have hoped that by going two times in a row that it would've looked better (the mud and spots). I'm now going to have to get the remaining mud off on my own. Overall, good experience with great customer service. I suggest that the dryer get fixed as soon as possible. I would also like to see some type of improvement to the system to clean mud, especially with the colder weather and snow approaching us soon. I wish the water didn't leave marks either. I'll be back though with hopes to have a 5 star experience.

The lack of a star is due to the back of my van still being dirty. Around the logo, license plate and back of my window of my Toyota sienna was still very dirty. I don't think my car was so dirty that it couldn't be cleaned as it was just as dirty all around the car, I believe the equipment just didn't get to those spots as well as everywhere else. Besides that, shiny shell seems to know how to tend to their customers in a convenient and friendly manner.

Third, they have free car mat cleaner, they only car wash that I know of that does this, they have free soda for patrons, free water sprayer inside so your kids can spray passing cars and they also have a playground area. I'm telling you that this is THE place when it comes to car washes and they have my loyalty for life because of their standards.
