I have never been so insulted at a local business in my life. I said to the car wash attendant, "Craig, please don't try to sell me the monthly wash, I only come here occasionally." Instead of saying something like, "no problem, we appreciate your business either way." He said, "hey don't come to quick quack if you don't want to get sold!" I replied, "okay, I won't." Constantly clean facility with vacuums that work dang near 100% of the time. Employees are always friendly and keep the check in lines pretty low. You can show up to PG, or other locations, and it take 15 minutes to get checked in and in line for the wash. read more

Of the drive-through car wash options, Quick Quack is the best option. I have used the others. There are some points that can be improved upon, but I understand that there can be challenges in dealing with the variety of vehicle shapes and sizes that makes a perfect wash difficult. That said, I have offered my feedback on what areas can be looked at for improvement. One of the things I like best about Quick Quack, is that the quality of the wash is comparable or better than the primary competitor in my area, but the difference is that I am not losing car parts, or sustaining vehicle damage in the process. I have three cars on the Quick Quack Plan, and get a good wash on all three. With these same three vehicles, at the competitor, I have sustained damage on two of them--and with one of those cars, damage was sustained on two different occasions. Just as with the other Quick Quacks they do an acceptable job for a reasonable price. They do tend to leave a unwashed area on the middle of the back of my truck cab and they don't get the tailgate very well, but it's decent for the price. Better than the competition at any rate. read more

This car wash broke the windshield in my new truck. They refused to do anything about the damage and accused me of lying about the damage. The customer service representative stated that they would have to review the camera footage and get back to us. Nothing!! They only wanted to state that they are never responsible for damage. My wife and I were in the truck in the car wash when there was a loud noise when obviously some piece of equipment failed in the car wash and broke the windshield. Businesses like this need to be accountable for their equipment and SHOULD take better care of their customers. But here in Utah! It's just a giant game of how businesses can screw the public that keeps their lights on. Avoid quick quack. our satellite antenna was broken off by their car wash. Any damage to your car they will not cover. Despite video proof they will not cover. We reported the incident and filled out all the required paperwork. They didn't deny that being broken at their facility. They told us don't bring a car with an antenna if you don't want it broken. And then told us to just deal with it and hung up. $800 to get new satellite antenna installed. Quick quack's response is completely wrong with the events that transpired. The attendant that called was very rude and unprofessional. The antenna is factory installed And the vehicle is only 1 year old. Membership cancelled and would never recommend. I did love that place , those kids are friendly and respectful, however the equipment scratches vehicles, my suburu forester, Toyota Tacoma and now my wife's new Mercedes. First time through it scratched it up, we made a report honestly we had just bought the car we went over it at the car lot, quick n quack really was at fault made a report , Thier descion was sorry it's not Thier fault and we must have already had the scratch, rude!! I am deff not one to be a "Karen" and go to social media for this kind of stuff but I have never had a worst customer service experience ever! Today I went to quick quack as I normally do 2 times a week to wash my truck. I have been a customer since the following day I drove this truck off the lot. In total about 26 months. I go through the car wash as normal as Im drying I notice , a part of my bumper is off completely ‍ So since I live so close I drive home to see if that piece is in my garage , nope .. than I drive back and wanting to get some answers. The kid working finds the piece of my bumper flat (like its pictured) and comes back with an "indecent report" , and tells me someone will reach out to me in 5 days. So I ask to speak to the manager because I am no way leaving without a solution. The manager comes over and points at the sign that says we do not cover "pre existing damage " even before she came over and looked at the damage itself. She went on and did not have any valid evidence to how it was "pre existing damage". Now I do have to say through this process , Im talking loud (as I always talk) and throwing an occasional F bomb because of how this is being handled. She goes on and looks at the video and has one of her employees take a zoomed in picture to try and prove that there was damage. Now if anyone knows me , and how I take care of my truck .... I take better care of my truck than myself. After showing me a video with no "pre existing" damage she tells me leave. She has her Manager in training ( who was a total stud through this whole process) stand by me fill out the report and talk to me. Wouldnt as a manager you be the one to handle a customer service issue ? In my job , if Im dealing with something pertaining to what im doing or involved with , I take care of the issue. To make a long story short , Im gonna get completely screwed out of my truck getting fixed due to "preconceived notion" of a problem. She did not even care about taking care of the customer service side of things just wanted to prove she was right. Long story short .... dont use Quick Quack carwash at all ! We have had a monthly car wash for four of our cars since this location opened. Today we tried to wash our car and our credit card was expired. We did not receive any notice. We were already pulled through the carwash and the girl, Cody, told us that we could not even get a car wash today. She never smiled once or tried to help at all, just a "no you'll have to pull out you cannot have a car wash today". We have paid over $1,500 for the last 20 months, needless to say we will not be coming back to quick quack to renew our membership, there are plenty of other options. read more

Something is wrong with this Quick Quack. I typically love going here but notices 7 scratches on my 2020 Subaru Forrester right where the roller comes down in front of the windshield. Very very very very disappointed. Of course since I drove off the lot they are claiming there is no way of knowing its their issue except it obviously is and it is clearly in the direction of the roller. read more

I decided to by the month pass on a 25% off deal. The machine doesn't not wash the top 1/4 of my van. It washes the roof but not the sides and back top 1/4. It drives me nuts looking at the grime left over every time I go through. read more
