On March 6, I visited the Preston location and towards the end we heard a crunching noise. We immediately pulled over and looked and there is a piece between my passenger tire and door that was damaged. I got the manager and she filled out a form stating that someone will reach out to me in 2-3 business. It was a Friday so I didnt expect a call until Monday or Tuesday. Well days passed and I reached out (there's no number to call you have to send a message) someone responded stating that the manager was supposed to do an investigation and I explained that she told me that someone from corporate will be contact with me. Well today I receive a email stating that my claim was denied due to my vehicle being old and it was damaged anyway. My car was not damaged before March 6th. My car was fine until that day. I think it's unprofessional for someone to assume that my car was previously damaged that has not even laid eyes on my vehicle. The first picture is a before picture dated 2/18/26 and the second is the day it happened. I don't care that my car is older please don't assume it's damaged. read more

I had an accident at the Car wash in Louisville, KY 5015 Mud Ln, Louisville, KY 40229 I asked to fill out an accident form as none was offered, I waited a week and heard nothing. i went back and spoke to who I was told was the manager and who caused me to have the accident, and he told me I had to wait for them to contact me. I went on-line and emailed the company who replied back that I needed to fill form at the location, I emailed back letting them know that I had the same day of the incident. I don't think the turned the paperwork in. I have been very patient and nice about the situation. Customer service is awful and I will be taking my membership elsewhere, definitely will be letting others know not to do business as the company does not respect or have concerns for their customers, Next actions. read more

Way overpriced for the quality. I paid $17 for a wash that just scraped dirt around the back of my car. I reached out to customer service twice to see if they would be willing to resolve this issue, but never heard back. Very disappointed in the wash and the customer service. read more

During a fairly slow time I pulled up for a car wash and went directly in as no-one was in front of me. As the conveyor started to pull my car, a truck arrived was hustled into the wash. He turned his lights on, which I am thankful for. He looked too close for comfort. As we neared the exit something went wrong with the conveyor system and it stopped pulling my car. Immediately, something passed under my car causing the rear to jump. I looked in the rearview mirror and the truck was right there. I put the car in gear and got out of there ASAP. His truck is much bigger than my 2018 Mustang GT with performance pack. I pulled around the exit into the detail area and got out to check damage. I didn't see anything. This all took a minute, but I did not see the truck exit. As I was getting back in the truck as leaving. The driver looked my way and then left the premises. I pulled up to the area closest to the wash line entry and got someone to talk to. Unfortunately no name, but about 5'8" with thick glasses and sandy hair. He argued with me about the truck being too close and insisted I must have hit the brake at the end of the line. I have been getting automatic carwashes since they were invented and know better than that. We continued for a bit and then the Manager (named Jordan I was told) came out and really got in my face, continuing the narrative about 8 ft. being the allowed spacing. He kept up in a very loud threatening tone while as I said I needed to finish the story. Finally he took a breath and I told him there was a problem with the roller and he jumped on me again. Another employee mentioned there was a camera, and I replied great! Everyone vanished, presumably to have a look. I got some towels and dried my car. I went back to the wash area and looked down the wash line. There was a sign posted inside, no more cars were being allowed in. A younger employee came out and said they had reviewed the recording and I was right. I said - in an admittedly loud voice - imagine that! Mr. glasses came out and said I shouldn't yell at the young man, I agreed and apologized. Then he asked if the car had any damage, and I replied none was apparent, but would require further investigation. He then asked what I wanted. I told him an apology from the Manager. Mr. Glasses said that was not likely as he was busy working on the line for other patron's safety. Apparently no concern for mine. If I had been in the least bit inattentive, this review would have a section about damages. As of this writing, my next move is a letter to the President. Meanwhile, do yourself a favor and do not patronize this business. read more

Car clear coat was damaged in the car wash. Filled out damage report and told I should hear from management within 2 days. 3 days later I hunt down management and they said he'd been busy because they've been short staffed and I would hear what the resolution is in a day or two. Followed up a week later because I still hadn't heard from the manager and he said he gave the paperwork to the district manager and he would reach out but he had a family medical emergency and that's probably why he hasn't called yet. Paid $25 for a car wash it was absolutely pleased. Along with the technicians there, they do an amazing job, washing your car before hand and watching it go through to ensure nothing goes wrong. Management There is equally as good very responsive and open to help solve any problem needed. Only problem I do have is with the gate at the very beginning. Terrible experience here. The cash wash caused damage and didn't get the car clean even after I paid for the most expensive wash. The first vacuum I tried didn't have any section, but the second work. There is no dispenser or shop where you can buy wipes or spray.
