Joe, overall, was my main point of contact and truly helped me out making my decisions in what to do with my car and helped me financially wise as well. Joe, you're a great guy! Service - I really want nothing but OEM parts for my car as it is my fault driver, and Joe was up front that they didn't have my OEM parts and I was appreciative about that. He assured me the parts, at least for what my car was needed, was up to par. Price and service is within the industry par, so they weren't trying to rob me or anything. I politely said no thank you and went to another mechanic. I showed them Christian brothers estimate and they laughed. They fixed everything for $500. Some examples. To replace headlight was $1000 other mechanic was $200. Also Christian brothers said my power steering fluid was leaking and could fixed for roughly 400-600. Turns out it wasn't leaking at all. Just be cautious and maybe get a second opinion if you see an outrageous estimate.

This is based on my experience bringing my car in due to it shaking while driving. After a conversation with the service advisor who recommended new tires, I trusted the issue would be resolved. But after $800 worth of tires, one tow back to this place, and no help from Justin (the manager), I now have new tires I can't safely drive on due to the car still shaking.
