Today I came in about 20 minutes late and they still honored my reservation- even though they would have been right to turn me away since it was 40 minutes to closing. They knocked out my oil change in about half an hour and paid about $10 less than Walmart would have charged me! Oh I wonder where those came from? Because they most certainly were not there before. Thank god I took a picture of the mileage and tank when we left our car, because then we can see we have almost a completely empty tank of gas now, we left it half way. Oh I know why! Obviously one or more of their workers was using our car for their personal use while it was there. After calling numerous times no one will answer. This is beyond unbelievable and to think they did this, what else is possible?? I can't say we will ever recommend them or Car Mack Car Capitol next door!!! This was beyond unprofessional. Gary called around and found me a tire, when I arrived he popped off my wheel and we went to pick it up. It was to cost 200, too much. Gary, understanding I was not prepared to this amount of money quickly offered a solution. A tiny little tire repair and salvage shop where we secured a used tire costing only 30. After taking up TWO HOURS of his time, I was charged absolutely ZERO for their services. They even have to PAY for the AAA certification process, thus losing money. I even attempted to tip him for his kindness and time spent but HE REFUSED MY MONEY! This garage is local, respectful and honest. Gary explained how they often help motorists like me, coming off the interstate, because other locations will often take advantage of our desperation. Anyways, good people and good service. I will be driving up to Danville from Champaign if I ever require their services again.

I ordered quad tires from tirerack.com (great source for tires) and had delivered to Watson's; On day of delivery, Bob Watson called and told me to bring my car by after work. A woman there I had previously spoke with had quoted me $17 per tire to balance and mount. When I got there, Bob Watson took care of me and gave me total bill for $60 (15 per tire). The websites available for delivery/install online were all between $100-120$. So I got great same day service for about half the price. Tires mounted fine, driving smooth, will go back for some general maintenance too and update review.

I drove straight to Watson Tire , they got me right in. Watson broke down all four tires, cleaned the inside rims and replaced all four valve stems , which All Tire charged me for but were obviously not replaced. Cured my slow leak issue. Bob Watson refuses to replace AC compressor after his wanna be mechanic damaged it while replacing alternator. Since February 2025. Bob Watson also overcharged for parts purchase at local auto parts stores which he receives a discount on through his commercial account. There are better businesses in the Danville area that are trustworthy and own up to their mistakes. ​
