I wanted to leave a review after my visit there today, because of how the owner/operator (forget his name at the moment) treated two elderly customers while I waited. Both of them were relying on their new/modern cars electronics and just going by what the car dealer had told them. He patiently showed one gentleman the color of his oil when he was waiting as long as the car dealer told him to wait between oil changes (some crazy high # of miles), and recommended a change to his cycle. Later he came back to the elderly lady who was waiting and said she had brought the car in 1,000 miles too early and wondered if she might want to drive it a bit longer before having it changed. She agreed that she did, and he said he would still take care of the routine check and top off all of the fluids for free while she was there. This made me feel really good about choosing them as my go-to place. The only thing he has ever recommended I purchase beyond the standard service was when my air filter was crazy bad, and he showed it to me so that I could decide without being at all pushy. Great establishment!!
