They want me to pay for a new oil pan & got on google to find out "it's on common issue with Nissan" to have a plastic oil pan and it get broken. If it was "overtorqued" then they should not have yanked and pulled my car back and forth to break it loose. Then they call the cops and tell them they "feel threatened" because I'm stuck here and can't leave. Of course I'm upset and have to wait for my tow truck. They are not even willing to pay to fix my oil pan... saying it's not their issue that it was "overtorqued". I will NEVER come here again and I hope everyone keeps this in mind when coming to this "Christian based shop". I'm out $300 to replace my oil pan, plus a tow, plus whatever labor Nissan charges me. As per google & other Facebook opinions, this is happening OFTEN here.

They VERY hesitantly recommended a discount tire shop saying he wouldn't usually recommend this particular place but he knew they'd be available. While I was on the phone with this other company, I saw an incoming call coming in so I called it back and it was the same guy from Suncoast stating he couldn't, in good conscience, send me to this other place and told me to bring it over. I thought that was so nice. I've never had that happen before so thank you, Suncoast, for being one of the good ones.

I lifted the lid and before I could react, I heard the keys slide between the bed and cab of the truck. I couldn't see them on the ground or anywhere. I had a friend come get me so I could get my spare keys, and I went to Mavis to see if they could put it up on the lift and see if they could find them. Within an hour of my drive, my tire pressure warning light came on, which was quite concerning. Upon arriving at my sister's home, she highly recommended Mavis Tire in Hudson due to their excellent service and knowledgeable staff. She has always had positive experiences with this location. I made an appointment for the Friday after Christmas and was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the location - you could eat off the floor; it was that spotless! Perry, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable, particularly with the model of my vehicle. He quickly identified that the issue with my tire pressure light was likely due to a tire sensor, and he was right. Fortunately, they had the part in stock and were able to replace it while I waited. While waiting, a very nice mechanic informed Perry that my vehicle was a quart low on oil. This came as a shock because I had just taken my vehicle to a Mavis location in South Florida the day before arriving in Hudson, and they should have informed me of this, so I'm very glad that the Hudson Mavis informed me. By the time I left Mavis in Hudson, my vehicle had been repaired and even test driven, which was very impressive. In addition to Perry, all of the employees at the Hudson location were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. A bit over an hour after my appointment a employee came over and said that there would be a bit of a delay in putting my two batteries in my truck. Now, I understand putting diesel batteries in a truck is a little bit more difficult than a regular vehicle. But after waiting I went out to the parking lot and looking at all five bays empty with employees standing around, I realized no one wanted to put the batteries in my truck. I told them to give me my effing keys back and that I would put the batteries in myself. My husband, who is almost 83 years old and Disabled replaced the batteries in the truck. We get very poor service if we ever have to use Walmart automotive center. Their mechanics don't care, they're slow, and they do a lousy job. And it was extremely lousy of them to not put the batteries in my truck and my almost 83 year-old husband had to do it. A disabled veteran put the batteries in my truck. Shame on you Walmart automotive center! All of you mechanics should be ashamed of yourself and we will not do any business with you and we will also not recommend you for anything. The only thing you're good for is fixing a flat tire and even that's a half ass job! So I do not recommend anyone use Walmart automotive.

Drop off goes well. 30 minutes up the road they call and state they don't have the equipment for it. I generally don't like to give bad reviews but three times of this in a year is a little much. Luckily, we found a place that is fast and efficient that got them done in less than an hour. To be clear, I'm not upset they couldn't do them. I'm upset that we had three chances to not waste our entire Saturday morning. 1. When we ordered they knew the size and offered installation on the app 2. When we scheduled on the app with the tire size we purchased from them 3. When we dropped off and made it clear the size. Huge kudos to Jorge and Nico. They are truly amazing. Their customer service is a solid 10 out of 10. Even though I can't get an oil change, they have never turned me away or made me feel like an inconvenience. I'm honestly terrible at putting air in my tires, and there's absolutely no judgment, just kindness and professionalism every time.
