My vehicle wouldn't turn over, so I assumed it was the battery. Upon checking under the hood, to my horror, some ignorant fool at the shop left a CLAMP ON MY COOLANT LINE! I took the vehicle back to the shop, where they removed the clamp. The man acted like it wasn't a problem, and said my engine would be fine. My car, however, kept overheating. The area manager tried to fix it himself, but he failed in doing so. Bradley, the area manager, told me to tow it to a Ford dealer so that they could repair it. The dealer quoted me about $3,500 in repairs, since my engine is basically ruined. Roadrunner is now refusing to pay for my repairs, since they now claim it's due to my vehicle having 100k+ miles. Steer clear of this disgusting establishment at all costs. I will be filing a lawsuit and will keep everyone informed.

Shut down completely in the middle of the Highway. This was a scared moment of my life. I called the tow truck company; Premier Towing and Transport, they with came less than 20 mins. I still can't believe they came that fast. I called Assured Auto and explained to JD what happened to my truck. I was heading home back to Tallahasee from vacation. JD told me to get the truck tow there. We got there at 2:35pm. They completed a full diagnostics. They noticed some bolts was loosen on my Alternator. They tighten it. They also noticed something no connection to the car giving out of power. JD suggested for me to go back to the Auto shop who completed the work because of warranty JD took picture of it and printed it out to give to the Shop. Truck was Tested drive it no more power issues. I was back on the road by 4:30pm. I'm so grateful for them to get me in and out so quickly. They also have Complementary varieties of soft drinks for their customers and when you leave, they write a personal note with a blow pop sucker. This was so sweet. With what's going on in the world, it's the small things like this can bring a big impact on someone's life. Again, super grateful. Best customer services I've received in years at an Auto Shop. I wish there were closer in case I need them again.

Even though our two current vehicles come with free lifetime oil changes through the dealership, we often chose to pay out of pocket here because the service was quicker and we previously trusted this shop. That trust ended with my most recent visit. While servicing my car, a technician removed a personal hygienic item from my glove compartment, openly tossed it across the service bay to another employee, laughed about it, and later attempted to deny what it was when confronted. This occurred during business hours, in full view of customers. 1/26/26 approx. 3:15pm. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Not because of the item itself, but because of the conduct. Seeing this happen openly made me question what behavior is tolerated in this workplace. Because of this incident, I will not return.
