    Recently took my car to them to fix my ac which was fixed a year n half ago. They honored what was covered by the warranty, and I had to cover what wasn't ,however they broke 2 pieces of my dash when either taking the dash out or reinstalling it, plus grease all over my seats and the sides of the front windshield. When I spoke up about what I found I was told by the tech that it was broken when I brought it to them, which I said no it wasn't. Sam told me to talk to the Mgr (Cody) on Monday . Spoke with him Monday and was told 3 times that there is a disclaimer they are not responsible for damages. I told him that's bull no one even said anything about the damage I spotted it before I left the parking lot. Cody then looked at what I was telling him and had me bring my car to them when I can and they will take care things. I expressed to Cody I wasn't happy and some type of compensation needs to be done for this he told me he would talk Zoe the owner. When my car was done Cody had Sam give me this see picture as compensation for what happened. I know that the damage n the grease is cosmetic but it's the principle of not being up front with the customer, for an almost $1600 repair. I think they should have come down on the price, especially for being a repeat customer. Now let's see how long this repair last!

    BEWARE!!! RUN AWAY FAST!!!! I'd give a zero star if it was an option! LIARS, THEIVES AND DO NOT DO THE WORK THEY WERE HIRED TO DO! I know its long but believe me you need to hear this detailed experience of poor customer service before taking your car there. My sons vehicle had the engine light on for what reasons that we knew 100% what needed to be done, since we had this exact issue before. I called their shop on June 2nd and told them exactly what needed to be done to be done, the crank shaft positioning sensor and a new a/c compressor, that we needed this done asap due to my son not having any other means to get back in forth. My son brought his car in on June 3rd, they guaranteed they could have it done in 2 days. 16 phone calls, 18 text messages and exactly 1 month later we FINALLY got the car back (July 3rd), without either of the 2 things I requested be done worked on. First, being the compressor not changed. July 7th I went to Florida and found the a/c not working, thinking they had replaced it, I called on July 9th and spoke with Sam, he said bring the car in and they could fix it. I was there within a half hour. Once there I was told I had to pay another $589 if I wanted it fixed. Nope, not happening I told them I had already paid them to do it and they didn't. They refused to fix the a/c and told me to leave when I became upset with them. Second, the crank shaft positioning sensor. They took advantage of a young college kid and his worried mother who lives 1200 miles away! They had me convinced that the timing chain was the issue, I paid almost $2400 to have it replaced since they took until June 19th (17 days later) to contact the warranty company. They claimed there were 7 codes according to Cody, the warranty adjuster was there on June 21st and found only 2 codes were validated codes, one being the crank shaft positioning sensor that I requested be changed. 2 and a half months later the sensor is not working again. I called and spoke with Cody, who told me they did NOT replace the sensor and then tried saying the warranty company never had an adjuster there so I wouldn't know what needed fixed, mind you I have a text message from them stating an adjuster was coming out, Cody said I was lying about the adjuster and codes findings, and the warranty company lied to me about someone being there. See attached text message showing proof from Rich's stating when the adjuster was scheduled to arrive) Cody, the fowl-mouthed manager, got very snarky, rude and unprofessional with me about my reasoning for paying out of pocket for repairs instead of using the warranty company. He claimed it was because we didn't maintain the vehicle and couldn't provide receipts for oil changes. Yes, the engine had sludge in it, its an 11 year old car with 120,000 miles on it! That is why I agreed to having an oil flushing done to it, you know because I maintain my vehicles and if the engine is being opened then of course I would want it cleaned out and looking and performing new again. Also, my child and car had only been in Florida for 10 months in which I had 2 oil change receipts for. Prior to that we did our own oil changes at home and regularly. I choose to pay out of pocket because we needed the darn car back and needed it now so I paid it instead of waiting even longer for the warranty company to push it thru. We couldn't wait any longer for the car. They shafted me, I get it that and accept my fault for trusting that they would be honest, decent human beings. My lesson learned and hopefully yours as well by reading this and staying away from this crooked company! I'm not sure if this was dishonesty or incompetence, I'm truly leaning towards dishonesty.  I brought my vehicle in after it broke down and was told the issue was a faulty fuel rail sensor. I was informed this was a major repair. Trusting their professional diagnosis, I authorized the work. I was later charged over $800 (plus labor) for replacement of this component. After the fact, I discovered that this specific part is widely available for approximately $17. I confirmed the exact part number through documentation and image matching. The markup alone is extreme and was never disclosed or explained prior to authorization. Shortly after this repair, the vehicle broke down again. I was then told the cause was carbon buildup, and was charged over $100 for what I was told was a fuel system cleaner treatment. This type of cleaner typically retails for only a few dollars. I was told I was only charged for one treatment, though the justification for the price remains unclear. I was then advised that if this did not resolve the issue, the next step would be a full engine teardown and cleaning, for which I was quoted over $1,500. Additional maintenance items such as tire replacement and an oil change were also recommended during this time. Due to growing concern about the accuracy of the diagnosis and the pricing of the repairs, I sought a second opinion. I have since taken the vehicle to another repair facility, where the previously installed part was inspected. I was informed by two independent mechanics that the part and/or prior repair did not meet expected quality standards. Both expressed concern regarding the pricing and work that had been performed. I have retained: - Repair invoices from your facility - Receipts for replacement parts - Written statements from two independent mechanics who inspected the vehicle Based on these findings, I will also be submitting this documentation to the Better Business Bureau and other appropriate consumer protection agencies for further evaluation. My goal in filing this complaint is to prevent other customers from experiencing similar service outcomes.

    I made a yelp account for this review. I purchased the tires and installation from amazon. I was…read moreslotted for an appointment and arrived at 11:30. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours for the install. I can back at 1:00 and the vehicle hadn't even moved from the parking spot. I asked if the vehicle was done and the front desk manager told me we haven't started it yet. I said it's been 1 1/2 hours and he just said okay will start now. Once they started it took 45 minutes to complete the service. Once they gave me my key they never apologized or even seemed to care that it took so long. This place is terrible and shouldn't get your money.
