I visited this office once in September 2024…read more I had a great experience with the whole staff from booking the appt all the way through my appt with my doctor ,But.... For a month now I have been trying to book an appointment. But every time you call during business hrs ,you get an audio prompt,and no matter what number you press , you get the same message saying the office is closed and to call back during normal biz hrs. They have a number for after hrs exchange but that is answered by numbskulls who don't get your message to the doctor. I tried calling their other location today and got the same message but with an option to text if you needed an appt. So I'm texting trying to get a doctor appt???? And let's just say the person texting me back was not a communication expert !!!! Supposedly their phone system " has been down for over a month " wtaf??? Oh and the online patient portal says I don't exist . Oooookaaay. Never in my life have I heard or experienced a doctors office with no phone system. The very least they could do is have an outgoing message EXPLAINING THE SITUATION to patients, apologizing for the situation and give them a viable option to making an appointment or getting rxs refills. A pharmacy can't even get through!!!!!

My wife had to fill out forms and upon giving them back 10 minutes later, we were told by a rather unfriendly lady working there that the doctor won't see her as my wife was late. The office Manager could have told us this upon arrival, but instead wasted our time. I'm sure that if she would have actually asked the doctor if it would be ok, we would have gotten in. The Manager's attitude was totally awful. She was not at all pleasant and said we would have to come back in 3 months. So what that lady did was not only lose a new customer, she also made me mad and so has now lost 2 customers forever. The Manager appeared to be totally burned out and was in need of either more 'sleep' or a new job. We just cannot believe how unaccommodating she was! We will let our primary physician know along with everyone who may be in need of a sleep study in the future. Do NOT go to this office. I liked the doctor and Jane, the NP, but I'm done with that office!! I'll never go back. The doctor needs to 'wake-up' and get new people to work there. Give them a year and then try. Maybe by then, there will be newer and friendly staff.

This is required by my insurance. So, I revisited Dr. Schwartz January 28. My usage of the C-PAP machine was confirmed. I no longer have to take in the tiny chip, because . . . They are tracking my sleep patterns remotely with this new machine. And they found with this new machine I have fewer "events" per hour and better sleep patterns, less interrupted sleep, less obstructed sleep. "Events" are classified as times when you stop breathing. That's what sleep apnea is about. You stop breathing. You are at higher risk of heart attack and stroke. If you snore, get a sleep study. That's how I got into this. Take care of yourself, and understand yourself.

First time I came here, urgent care wouldn't take me, I didn't want to wait hours in the ER, so I had my husband call here to see if they could help. They were waiting outside for me with a puke bag in hand and immediately escorted me to a private room where they promptly started an IV and fluids on me. They offered me the most comfortable chair, cold towels, warm blankets, drinks, quiet comfort, anything I needed. I spent maybe 1.5 hours or less there and a fraction of an ER or urgent care bill, and left feeling better than I do after I go to the ER for the same scenario. The next time this happened to me, I thought I'd just had a good experience at first and wasn't expecting it to be so pleasant. They were just as amazing, accommodating, caring, and FAST! I wish I could remember their names!! They were so caring, sat with me but gave me my space at the same time, and offered every comfort they could. I could not recommend this place more and I'm excited to try out some of their other infusions! Big supporter!! (Hope the two who helped me read this review bc shout out to the little blonde lady who was working on her birthday and the nice man with a little lighter hair and a buzz cut and arm tattoos who is a paramedic!! They were amazing). Last note: my husband has been here a few times since my experience for just supplemental iv nutrition and he has loved every person he encountered.

The staff is friendly, and I've yet to wait for more than a few minutes to actually see Dr. Ketchum. If only his office wasn't so far from the city... Still, his services, his expertise, his professionalism are definitely worth the drive!
