I have been going here for awhile. because my wife and son havent been in within a year they…read moredropped them as patients when my wife actually tried to schedule and appointment. a month ago i went in for physical and took in required paperwork for both my family members and they took it and put it in a pile of other paperwork. fast forward my wife called for appointment and they told her they didnt have paperwork on her and she would have to do it all over again??? when i called to question this the lady that answered didn't seem to care that they were inept and lost BOTH my familys paper work. she just said well im sorry and thats our policy. i advised her it was my policy not to deal with stupidity and she hung up on me. i wasn't loud with her nor did was i foul. pretty sad they dont have good customer service. I will find a new doctors office.
