We recently needed to have help with injections beginning the same day we called...the staff jumped right on it. The next thing we knew, a nurse was scheduled to visit twice a day for the injections. My husband had a surgical procedure after the initial visits began, and we were thrilled to find out that they would come back post-surgery to help with a myriad of post-op tasks. The nurses who come here arrived at the specified time, and they are incredibly thorough in following protocol; they are also pleasant and professional. I recommend this company with confidence -- with this caveat: once you are up and rolling with the service, the office staffing coordinator is not very good at personally keeping clients updated as to which nurse will arrive and when. Fortunately, the nurses themselves stay on top of this problem and handle the scheduling among themselves.

I know Chiropractic appointments can be very expensive so I found one that was on my insurance plan because it was going to be a $40 co-pay and he's disabled so his income is very limited. Our first visit was $120 because many things were supposedly not included in our co-pay. Ok. That was the first visit and they did x-rays. The next time we went it was $80. So I called and said.. what are all these charges? He can't afford this. Well, they explained the chiropractor was doing some special "release" that wasn't included - it was extra, and then the tens unit was extra and the pads for the unit were extra. I was so mad. Then I get a call from the office person and she states that the doctor won't do the extra release and she just found out the tens unit is included in our insurance. I've never been to any doctor or dentist that charged extra for things. A co-pay is what you pay! And to make matters worse, after the first three visits he felt worse than ever. I was really surprised and disappointed because they made us watch a video at his first appointment about their integrity. We've now found another place that is working for him and we don't feel like we are being ripped off. I was almost going to give a 2 because they seem nice and everyone says hi, but it really disappoints me when people try to take advantage, especially when you don't feel well.

His staff is very courteous and pleasant in the office is spotless. The waiting time was within 15 minutes of my check-in. When discussing my needs and my pain level the doctor actually listened to my needs and desires to relieve this pain without loading me up on a whole bunch of pain medications. He listened to my history of what I had gone through with pain and also the way my pain management was being cared for in the past and understood what I was looking for for my present and future which was not to be put on tons of medications and to have the proper procedures done. He is a very good listener and very understanding. I was so surprised at how quickly they were able to go through my insurance and schedule a procedure literally within 2 weeks of my appointment time which was last week and I have a procedure scheduled already next week. Now I have had that particular procedure done many years ago in a doctor's office with absolutely no anesthesia or sedative of any kind and trust me when I say it is painful but this doctor uses a Surgery Center so that my comfort level is being considered and also in a professional setting with nurses doctors and anesthesiologists in the past it was just done in an office with assistance from office staff not nursing but I did what I had to do at the time to relieve pain but it was also excruciatingly painful to have that procedure done which I have had a few times over the past 10 to 15 years. I did not want to change doctors I guess I had a loyalty thing in my head but my daughter has been seeing this doctor for a couple years and I've been with her on her appointments and I have been very impressed by this doctor so I finally made the decision to change doctors and I'm very glad I did.
