I have been a patient of Dr Polley's for several years. I went to him years ago when I was having…read moresevere neck pain. No one could diagnose it. One doctor said I had nerve damage, and another doctor said I was having seizures. I went from one doctor to another who just put me on one drug after another. I spent my days in pain and drugged up and loopy. After much recommendation and insistence from friends who used him, I took myself to Dr Polley, who ordered a full battery of tests on me. I was really not excited about his aggressive regimen of coming in at least twice a week, with it slowly weaning down to once a week or once every other week in order to deal with my neck pain. It's hard and difficult to commit to a regimen like that when a pill might solve anything. I committed to his regimen and after 6 months, I was a new person. The pills went into the trash, and my neck felt better than ever. Being in pain is so frustrating, and finding answer to your medical problems is priceless! Dr Polley is an amazing doctor with a phenomenal bedside manner. He staffs his office with people who are just as caring as he is. Simply put, your health is important and means something to them. In this day and age, that's a rarity!

This is for the main amazing kids location in Brandon:…read more While the therapists were great individually- I will not be going back here for my child because of billing issues. They had my card on file and several times charged it above the authorized amount without my consent. I asked them to stop and they did it several more times. I was also told that pediatric feeding therapy was medically necessary for my daughter. They scheduled me right away to get started without discussing billing. When I asked they advised a range for each visit which was fine. Then my insurance company denied the services stating not medically necessary. Amazing kids asked me to get a new diagnosis from my pediatrician so I did. Apparently my insurance denied this again. Michelle at Amazing kids called me mid day to say that I owed the over $400 balance and they would settle it for the self pay amount (around half) if I paid it today only. I asked to have more time so I could call insurance and they said they would only accept less today and after that it would accrue interest. I was honestly appalled that they wouldn't assist in the insurance billing aspect as they told me these services were necessary. I paid the lesser amount to avoid them charging the full owed amount to my card but this is a predatory practice that puts tons of people out of insurance payment benefits. I won't work with a business that's treats customers like this. The routine of scheduling recurring treatment right away without talking about the cost and not attempting to help customers with insurance billing issues are red flags.

I had called a head of time to be sure they accepted our health insurance and asked if they were in network with ins inwhich she confirmed in person while i was checking in as well. I paid the copay the front desk lady billed me for, and later was sent a bill for way more then what was reported. I requested to speak to the owner to clarify and she was extremely RUDE and basically told me she would send it to collection agency if I didn't pay the new amount in full and that she is not willing to negotiate or take anything less. The staff was very rude. I don't feel like my child got the proper evaluation that I had scheduled for. It honestly was a waste of my time and now money as the staff was more focused on the time so they end in time. The person that said she was the owner refused to disclose of her name when I asked her through the phone I then mentioned that it would be online and she still refused and was very rude. I definitely will not be returning back at least not to the above location.
