We tried out and…read moresigned up our son under the premise that all in we would be paying $1,500 and that his fall sport would not be a problem as they wanted a hard start for January. Fast forward to the first parent meeting and we are being told that it is now $2,500. Big jump. We also had to sit and listen to the coach bad mouth former players, parents and other coaches in the organization. He also tried to make the parents feel terrible when his disorganized schedule did not work for team outings. I did not like the way that this coach handled anything and did not want to find out what the season would be like. I made contact with the owner, Dan Tinnell and he made comment about how he knew they had an issue with this coach and that the team last year split off from him because of the disorganization. I also spoke with the general manager and another coach that took over for the disorganized coach. They also had nothing good to say about him. They tried to get us on another team, but we told them that we could not stand behind an organization that would allow a coach like that on their staff. When I asked for my $400 back, they denied me without really even addressing the problem that they have. The owner also tried to call me a liar about what he said to me about the coach. Said that we left the team in a lurch, when that is not true, they did not have a full team with our son playing. We were in their facility twice, once for a try out and the other for the awful parent meeting. Nothing was ordered for our child for uniforms, they just got free money. There are a lot of other organizations out there, I would take your money elsewhere.
