NOT much more to add except the joint has plenty of in and out with customers picking up some coffees , smokes , snacks , etc. The place looks a bit gloomy and dirty and personally I would not purchase food here but they must be doing something right cause they are still around and to be honest I have been lucky with the scratch off tickets on occasion.

Glad I stopped in. They made so many renovations since I last visited. They now have a walk in humidor so new TVS. They remodeled the whole interior looks amazing the service is impressive the staff so knowledgeable and accommodating. They even remodeled the exterior rear area adding a new huge outdoor TV and tons of seating area. The prices for NYC are reasonable and they provide much value for your money. Can't wait to visit again real soon.

The people here are really friendly and give you helpful advice about their hookah products. They have a huge inventory as well which is another reason I like coming here because I can usually never find what I want anywhere else. If you're a smoker this is definitely a place to check out as it has something of interest for many.

The guy who helped me was neither friendly or unfriendly, he seemed to be more interested in whatever he was doing which is fine by me. He got me what I needed promptly and I was in and out. I don't know if they had just received a shipment but the entire store was filled with boxes. When I walked in I didn't even know where to look for someone to help me because all I saw was boxes. It actually looked like the store was closing.

First I asked for Juul pods and the strange man behind the counter said they don't have them…read more.. Then he asks me how old I am. I tell him my age. From under the counter he pulls out exactly one juul pod... I asked if they have more than one like a pack of them. He gives me a pack. I take out my card to pay and he points at the ATM as if he doesnt have the ability to speak. Strangest experience I've had at a smoke shop. Also their phone number doesn't work. All over just a business that needs major improvement.
