Christian and the others are a great team and they provide really excellent customer service. I was an annoying customer, so I know. Christian informed me about the CaliBurn, and holy smokes, he was right. One of the other great things about this store is that they have other devices for dry herb vaping as well, if you're trying to quit tobacco. This is definitely a place worth visiting. I purchased a Pax3, and it's been good quality for tobacco solid compared to other dry herb vapes. I wouldn't recommend the Pax3 for cbd flower, the taste just isn't the same, but depends on the product you're purchasing. I would advise any cbd fans, to purchase the CaliBurn and then purchase the CBD vape juice. You'll thank Christian and I later. The CaliBurn is truly perfect for any vape juice. It's small, but don't sleep on it. This store also holds CBD products. Their inventory variety is solid and you'll be surprised what this store has that many others don't at a great deal. Went in try to purchase a new setup for a family member. What I was met with was a rude unhelpful asian man in glasses. I though hey, maybe this guy is just having a bad day so I didnt think much of it and bought what I needed and go. Came back 2 more times that week and was met with the same attitude. Worse part? He check my ID every time. I understand rules and regulations, so its completely fine the first time and even the second time.(I work in a liquor store) But if I am coming in here every week, the employees can should put a little effort into remembering the regulars. I have been coming to this B&M since they have moved to this location. The former employee (big Hispanic man, sorry I dont remember name) was very helpful and nice. The owners need to bring him back. Everyone knows we can get the same exact product at a fraction of the price online, but we would still like to support our B&M. The single employee that I met with every time has made that impossible, so I will bring my business to Jam on Northern Boulevard or My vapor store online. read more

Empire has been my go to vape shop here in Queens for the last several years now. From the original location to the current, they've always had a healthy selection of liquids, mods, tanks and other accessories. The liquids and mods selection keep expanding, which is great for all vapers. The staff is incredible. Rob is the man as is Ryan (dang or it is Brian?) and you can't go wrong with the others. Friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to share advice or suggestions on what they think you'd enjoy, they made the transition into vaping really easy for me. You won't find people here who push you to buy the most expensive mods or accessories because it's not always the case that the most expensive ones are the best ones, and they will 100% tell you that. Great store. I've been to every store in the neighborhood, being new to vaping i settled on one in whitestone close to my house. What an error in judgement. Ryan and the rest of the employees at empire are knowledgeable and honest. You don't get... Great mod, great tank, great juice as an answer to every new product you question. There suggestions and comments on products are spot on. Prices I've never seen in a store. Just bought the new smok mini cube with Bluetooth for... 30 dollars. Thats just about half price from ONLINE prices. Juice prices are in line with all shops in the area. They also carry a pretty large selection of premium juice in larger volume bottles at great prices that rival online prices. I know where I'm shopping from now on... Empire has been around the longest for a reason. They carry a wide variety of juice and mods. They carry setups for beginners and experienced vaporers. They even carry high end mech mods. The staff if helpful. They sell their prices at a competitive prices. The only reason I didn't give 5 star is because of the lounge space. Fantastic vape shop. I've been coming here since I started vaping three years ago. The store is always updated with the latest vape products. Every time I walk in, there's something new that I want. The vape industry changes every single day and Empiremods manages to stay on top of the game every week. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They get to know you, so they can figure out exactly what you need. Everything they've ever suggested I buy has been great. Laura is always friendly and does all the little things to keep the shop looking great. Maybe this is an exaggeration, but I feel like Christian is able to fix anything. He's like a vape mechanic. Their other two staff members are equally knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone cares about the customers. Just like with hardware, the owner stocks all the popular juices. They constantly get great, new lines every week. With over 200 flavors to choose from, you'll find exactly what you're looking for, especially if you love the top premium brands. If you love a specific juice line, chances are they have it. Just a few brands they carry are Ronin, Space Jam, Lost Art, ANML, Subbies, Fuzion, and Suicide Bunny. It's great to have a nice staff and a lot of product, but let's talk about the pricing. It seems the owner does his best to compete with Internet prices. Without question, this shop has the most reasonable prices in Queens. I highly recommend checking out Empiremods. I've sent a lot of people to this shop and they all leave satisfied. Stopped in yesterday to browse their selection of juices. I also brought my own mod to test but the store lent me a device to use to sample their offerings. They gave it to me along with a plastic drip tip and I took to the juices. I wasn't able to make out how to use the device and when I went back to ask about exactly how to use it, I was met with condescension. Okay whatever, I'm there for juices. I could care less. There is a book, with zero order or organization, that details the various juices that they have. Now, the only type of e-juice that I can vape is the 3mg type. The book had zero information about this so I ask the guy behind the counter. Now, the man who appears to be the boss or manager, remarks on how there's a book with the type of tone that I am being troublesome and an annoyance. I reply, that the book doesn't tell you the nicotine dosage of the juices and his other employee smirks and scoffs with an incredulous look on his face like I'm the one at fault for even asking. At the end of this experience, I still buy the juices. Spend like 70 dollars on three juices that I could probably buy for alot cheaper online. I love supporting brick and mortars for these type of hobbies especially in Queens, but I will never ever give this store my business ever again. read more

I'm new to the vape world so to me the store was pretty good however, I wish the customer service was a little better...I felt like I had to choose on my own, and when I asked for some advice or recommendations, I was just told to try what I wanted at the counter. The first place I've ever been to, the helped me step by step, asked me what kind of flavor sodas...foods...candies etc that I liked in order to help me out. I live very close by to this store and never noticed it until recently. I used to vape about ten years ago on those crappy E-Cigs they sold everywhere, so I saw this place and got the urge to take it up again so I went in. Place was cloudy with sweet smelling vape smoke and I was instantly ready to get a set up. the white kid behind the counter (Ron? Rob?) was very helpful when I told him my limited experience. he set me up with a VCT tank and a Sigelei mod with two great batteries and a super fast charger, all in for around $230, plus got a free bottle of juice and bought a bottle as well, both flavones are great! (strawberry cream/watermelon) went back just today and another guy helped me out by selecting a hard case for my mod and some pointers for beginners. not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, cause I just discovered this place in June, and would recommend it to anybody. read more

I've been coming here for a couple of months now and the service is always friendly, respectful, and ready to help out. I went in the other day to find a new bottle of liquid and originally, I was thinking I'd get something mellow like the Naked brand. Mike and Vin saw me and my friend come in, and the moment we started talking about our pallets for the liquids we liked, they had so many great recommendations. I probably tried 6 great new liquids (out of 50~ sample bottles) and walked out thinking about which one I'd pick up on my next visit. I left with a liquid flavor that I didn't expect to pick up since it's a stronger flavor (bourbon, almond), but their recommendations were really solid and I was sold on it once I tried it out. Empire mods was the go to store for me and several colleagues due to the close proximity to our office and great selection of products. The staff unfortunately is incompetent. Everything is behind the counter prompting you to inquire about the product you are looking to purchase. On several occasions me and my colleges have walked out the door with wrong juices and tanks due to the incompetence of the workers. Granted the customer is responsible for what they purchase but not being able to get a replacement product for an error that their staff made is unacceptable. This has occurred several times to me and my colleagues and is what we consider an unacceptable business practice. Beware. read more

Their prices are very reasonable, especially when you take into account the quality of their products and the 5 star customer service you receive. I had been going to another brick and mortar in Queens for a while now. I loved going there because the staff was willing to take the time to explain things from my time as a complete newbie to when I started getting into more advanced mods and RDA's. That being said the selection is limited. I was stuck one time for some Kanthal and had to look for another store right then and there. I found Empire Mods on Yelp and gave it a shot. Having only been there once this review is a bit limited. I will say this, There was a staffer right in my face when I walked in the door and he couldn't be bothered to look up from the game he was playing. In no service based business should that ever be acceptable. How ever the young lady (wish i had asked her name) that was just exiting the back room barely had time to blink before greeting me and asking if she could help. She kept me in the door, kudos to you. The prices were competitive for a brick and mortar and I was happy to see the large selection of equipment and E-liquids. If you need they got it. If you want it, they have that too.I have every intention to go back for the selection and to give a second chance to the rest of the staff.
