A 3-4min argument between parties turned into a false OP entered against me. Basically these hideous people went to the domestic courts & falsely claimed I threatened to kill them & wait for them every night with guns & knives!? Judge Sandoval whose signature is all over these OPs doesn't care other than to sign an OP for another date!? After having it dismissed twice & last time with prejudice + having 3 hearings delayed for bogus reasons, we even had witnesses ready to testify & all! Finally, received a new judge! Afterwards I received my final hearing! Mr. Blum made these horrid neighbors look like clowns, they were dispruptive & basically lied about everything except their names& address! Even though my witness was not able to testify due to WiFi issues! OP was finally vacated after almost 2yrs! If I didn't have surveillance & Mr. Blum rip their lies apart & show videos to the courts, I'd be S.O.L. right now with all my permits being revoked because of slanderous neighbors! Will get those transcripts too, our association will be interested in what those people lied about. Through the whole process Mr. Blum was communicative, informative, punctual & knew what to expect with my cases (he handled three at time between same parties) + how it affects my permits & stuff! I know I'll have to call Mr. Blum again because these people won't relent & use their ties to the city to harass, threaten & vandalize! If you have crap to deal with in the courts & you're innocent like me! Do yourself a favor call Mr. Alexander Blum! The first one said it was a default judgment and there was nothing I could do to fight it. The second one said he could help me out and then never returned any of my calls. It wasn't till I reached out to an old high school friend that I knew was from a family of lawyers that I found Alexander Blum. My friend referred me and insured me that Alexander would be able to put me on the right path to getting this taken care of. From the second I spoke to Alexander I knew it wasn't his first rodeo. He was vastly more knowledgeable then the previous two lawyers I had spoken with. More importantly he had this humility about him, this sense of empathy that's rarely associated with Lawyers.
