I've seen a number of doctors here! I've liked them all. Dr. Caley is the most thorough thus far. But I also really like Dr. Jerry. Over the years, the wellness revolution team has helped me with various ailments, starting with plantar fasciitis (Dr. Nick) ... But they've also helped my sleep. And Dr. Caley gave me some stretches that really improved my posture. Huge fan! Out of all the people I've tried those are my favorite, over the years there were two people I did not like because they were very rough... But you mustn't throw out the baby with the bath water. read more

I scheduled an appointment for my son who has received care at this site previously. It has been several years. I was not told that the first visit would be mostly an evaluation for a full price visit. We specifically asked for cupping services and were told that he could get both cupping and chiropractic care together. He did not receive any cupping and minimal chiropractic care at this visit due to needing to have this evaluation which I was not informed about. We will not be returning read more

I love Wellness Revolution! I currently see Dr. Tracy and she is fantastic. All of the front desk staff are so friendly.The whole organization functions really well, in my experience. What I find particularly helpful are the daily emails they send out, showing which doctors and massage therapists have openings that day, and you can either call, text or email them back to choose one of the appointments. I have a review up from 1/12/22 which I attempted to update but could not seem to do. So I will do this new one from scratch. I am keenly aware of the last three paragraphs in it, which are discretionary in nature, but if you set that aside (most of which is irrelevant now anyway), this facility is a MUST GO if you need any chiro or acupuncture care. Since that last review, I returned to TWR sometime late last year (though maybe it was early this year - a senior moment has arisen - LOL) once the facial diapering requirements from Gov. Putzker were rescinded. I did so after visiting an orthopedic doctor referred by my primary doctor who did his best to help my ailing right shoulder but in the end could not resolve it. Anyway, back to Dr. Sonja whom I was assigned to when I first came. What a first class person she is, not only in care and treatment but personable as well! She continued where she left off before I left and in every session was relentless in getting me back to where I should be. In addition to aggressively tackling my ailing lower back and right shoulder issues, she even helped do a little work on my cubital tunnel (not to be confused with carpal) in my right hand. This woman knows her stuff. Do not let her young appearance leave you hesitant whether she's got the stuff. She most certainly does. Seeing how I have progressed quite well throughout the year, I am finally currently in monthly maintenance mode. I have little difficulty now getting up off my bed or couch, something extraordinarily difficult not so very long ago. I am highly impressed with my care. The results speak for themselves. The treatments, be they needles, adjustments or anything else, they all work and work quite well. Highly pleased. So if you are someone with back, shoulder or other issues and are thinking of seeing an orthopedic doctor, come here first. If you do, you won't go to the ortho physician or other medical person you think will help you anyway. Chiropracty and acupuncture WORK! I am a living testament! Dr. Sonja has been nothing short of superb and $65 a session is damn well worth it for the results you get. I'm sure the other chiros working here are just as good, in fact, let's just say they are, given the accolades provided by other patients. So if you need a chiropractor or acupuncturist, go see Dr. Sonja or anyone here. I came here wretched and wrecked in back and shoulder agony but though it took time to get this stage, it was worth it. So if you need similar body work, get to one of these fine folks as soon as you can. Take my word. This stuff works. read more

Googled massage therapy in Evanston. Found the Wellness Revolution. I made a reservation for a massage therapy session based on the fact that the therapists were part of a chiropractic practice and likely had some high standards and that there was free parking. Paulina was great and the atmosphere was relaxing. While they don't advertise as providing a spa experience, I found that the massage therapy room was on par with any spa I have ever frequented for massage therapy. read more

Tony really helped me to figure out what to do about my vertigo. It was gone by the time I saw him, but he sent me videos so that I can work on it on at home if it happens again. There is a special procedure they do if the typical exercises don't work so he's a good person to have in case you get that problem. read more

I started seeing Dr. Nick in the 13th week of my pregnancy. I was suffering from debilitating headaches as a result of extreme tension in my neck. I saw him multiple times a week as well as started receiving weekly massages from the AMAZING masseuses working at the office. They were incredible sessions - always accommodating for my growing pregnancy belly and effective in helping align and relieve the tensions from growing a human being! I was fortunate to have a really great and efficient delivery. I am convinced my aligned spine, hips, and relaxed muscles greatly benefitted by birthing experience. I have since resumed adjustments and massage appointments post-partum and I cannot recommend Wellness Revolution's services enough. I wish everyone could go in and benefit from their care. In addition, the staff at the front desk are the MOST helpful people there are. Always quick to look up appointment times and are never short or annoyed with you trying to make a schedule work. Late last year i had a hip issue. The kid of issue that caused SO much lower back and sciatica like pain that it took me 10 mins to slither out of bed in the morning. My husband had to put on my socks and get my pants started. My MD gave me Vicodin and muscle relaxers and I STILL had to wiggle out of bed in the morning. I started to research IBIJ spine doctors and PT facilities. Then i thought about maybe seeing a chiropractor. I wasn't convinced they could solve my issue but i was desperate to get any sort of relief. I called a few practices, left messages, tried to get some answers regarding insurance coverage... Then i called Wellness Revolution and spoke to Emma. In less than 10mins she was able to look up my insurance coverage and tell me exactly how much i would owe each session. She also booked me with Dr. Tracy Fleege which was the best luck ever. That same day i came in for a initial visit. Tracy looked over my intake form and told me directly "I'm confident i can help you." She didn't try to convince me i needed xrays or massage or dry needling (even though they offer these services). After the first session i didn't feel much better but i stuck with it twice a week for two weeks and you know what? Tracy did what all the meds and PT couldn't. I was walking, sitting and driving without pain. I was putting on my own socks with ease. I went from twice a week to weekly then biweekly and now i can feel when my hip is off and make an appointment. Additionally, all the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I'm always able to get in for an appointment and will forever be grateful they showed me a new integrative approach to medicine. read more

I saw Dr. Tracy at the Wellness Revolution for a spasmed back and some shoulder issues. She diagnosed the problems and worked her magic to loosen the muscles and help the shoulder issues. After 15 minutes it felt like I had a one hour massage. I'll go a few more times to "lock in" the benefits. I recommend giving her a try for muscle issues. read more
