One of my favorite place to grab lunch while in town. Best ramen bar far and my go to place. Service is very helpful when selecting your food and this location has a low key vibe. If you like ramen then you need to give them a try.

Great food, fast service, friendly staff, a lot of tables, and plenty of parking. Highly recommend for the locals and visitors.

Having had authentic ramen back in California, I would say the food here is decent for American taste. Firstly, I noticed the gyoza deep fried versus pan fried. Secondly, I saw the ramen were all boiled, rinsed, and then topped with soup and toppings. Traditionally, the ramen should cook in soup, as the taste is in the ramen per bite. The service here was fast, and I found the price reasonable. The decor inside provided enough ambiance for foreign taste. Being the only ramen spot around, I would say the taste is good but not best.

I was excited to try Taki Ramen being from San Diego. When we walked in and I didn't see anyone Asian in the kitchen I thought uh oh. Had the Taki Ramen which was fine. Nothing spectacular. The broth was luke warm when I'm used to it being hot. The brisket was over cooked. It was tasty though. The service was great. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us an appropriate amount of time. The interior is designed really nice. I love that they have anime on one tv and KPop videos playing on the other. I appreciate Taki Ramen existing and I will go back and give it another shot.

Incredible discovery right here in Wichita Falls! We travel far and wide for Ramen and cannot believe this place exists in our hometown and are just now discovering it yesterday! I saw yesterday because we had to come back today and bring our son and quite the foodie himself. I cannot believe how many times I found myself saying "this is SO good!" My husband and I got Taki ramen & Veggi Tempura Rarn yesterday with vegetarian Gyoza and the pickled daikon was superb. We also added steamed kimchi and it took the already multi-layer of flavors of our ramen to even another level! Today we had Vegetarian Ramen (fried tofu ana extra mushrooms are a must and so filling) and our son got Chi-Bob boneless Korean chicken wings and Serrano sauce that was recommended with fried rice. My son kept saying "I don't know how but every bite gets better! I'm going to compare everything to this place now, I need to try everything on the menu and this is the only place I want to come eat at now"- she is gives 5 STARS as well The staff was so friendly and accommodating with sharing their favorites and recommendations (although everything on the menu looked incredible from all the other customers faces) and the kitchen staff was joyous and extra care was taken to ensure what I ordered was vegetarian friendly and informed me of all ingredients so I could eat my meal with peace of mind. The place is bright and festive with fun info facts like the why the chose a "Raccoon dog" and how Taki means "Falls" I love their idea of buy a shirt and get a discount when you wear it! Safe to say we will be REGULARS and telling everyone to VOTE with your dollar by supporting places like this because Wichita Falls deserves elevated cuisine like Taki Ramen!

I had such a pleasant experience at this restaurant. I'm here visiting from Ca and what a delight. The waitress was super knowledgeable in regards to the menu and even on what the name means. Taki means waterfalls to represent Wichita Falls. I'm So glad my airman treated me here and that I got to know such a great whole in the wall restaurant. Also, the chefs, all of them are super awesome. I recommend their specialty house siracha.

Stopped here while traveling and absolutely loved it! The staff was very friendly and had us seated quickly. After that we placed our order and it did not take long to get it. The food was very flavorful and fresh! We all had different types of ramen bowls and everyone loved it! The inside isn't very big but it's well decorated and kept clean. I wanted to make a special shout out to the gentleman that was standing by to clean of the tables. He was quick to step in as customers left, which made sure that tables were cleaned quickly.

Cute little restaurant, the men greeting and sitting people was so friendly and helpful! The waiter not so much. The food was really good and flavorful but not hot. Just like warm, I was disappointed about that. I will be back but I sure hope everything we order is warmer next time.

He had asked for extra jalapeños and cheese, and if the light dusting is "extra", I'm assuming they usually come with next to nothing. For some reason we also thought it would be a queso cheese (maybe just overlooked the description on that), but found out they CAN for an extra charge. He said he's willing to give em another shot if we go again as long as he can get queso instead of shredded cheese. Unsatisfied by the nachos, my vegetarian husband decided it would be a meat cheat day and got the onion smash burger. He said it was way better than the nachos, but too salty. Both girls got the kids popcorn chicken basket and tater tots. Nothing homemade, just some deep fried freezer food. I got the 6 piece traditional wings with a sweet and spicy sauce. It was sweet, but very little spice. The chicken itself was okay, better than the my last couple of wing endeavors at other restaurants. Maybe a different sauce would make them better. They came with a couple of bites of super stringy celery, but at least it was fresh and not floppy. Sooo. That's all the bad/ugly. The "good" of the visit was the vibe. I think the last time I came to red dirt was when I was a couple of kids lighter and came with the late night crowd to indulge in a more liquid type of indulgence. I remember it being loud, crowded, with minimal chill. So I was a little skeptical that this is where my husband wanted to eat with a two and five year old. But. We got there right at opening and were the first ones there. Which is PERFECT. Even when the first few bar patrons trickled in, no one was bothered by my girls casually wondering around our table instead of sitting still. The music was also on point, and the service, although a little slow, was super friendly. Lorenzo says he wants to come back again, not so much for the food, but for the low key dinner vibes.

I was here recently and low and behold, I found this gem. The Side Bar is a true diamond in the rough of what is Lawton, Oklahoma. The owner(s) is definitely not a local and why he would live here is beyond me. BUT the ambiance, decor, and cosmopolitan look is very well done and stands up with any great bar in Deep Ellum or Lower Greenville. It's only when the clientele open their mouths do you realize, "yup, I'm still in Lawton, Oklahoma." The bartenders are not just cute but actually were attentive (more so than many places in Dallas) and, considering it is Lawton, Oklahoma, know what a Manhattan is as well as an Old Fashioned. Unfortunately they served without rye but I don't hold it against them (looking at you management/owner) because I was immediately told about it. I'm looking forward to asking for a sazerac or a cosmopolitan on my next visit so hopefully they have the goods. The only issue I had with the staff (IF he is on the payroll) was some idiot who treated the music as his own personal playlist; diverse clientele be damned. Even the bartenders were annoyed at him but he straightened up once the owner was on site. Also, there is a lot of smoke/vaping but I give that a pass since, well, it is Lawton, Oklahoma. PROS: Atmosphere; diverse crowd; attentive bartenders who knew how to make a drink without googling it; owner seems cool CONS: CASH ONLY (but there is an ATM just outside); may be out of liquor for classic cocktails; smoking/vaping; idiot wannabe DJ In closing: I would have given a 5 star if the liquor was stocked (in spite of the idiot dj). BUT I will be back again and have already recommended to the locals I know there

From the inside, still looks like any other small diner in a strip mall setting. The tables are either booths or wooden tables with wooden chairs. There are TVs lining the walls and some booth have TVs at them as well. Every one if tuned to sports. The ceilings are high and the vibe is sports bar meets middle of nowhere, local hangout. The place was very busy for 7:30 on a Friday night and the atmosphere is uber casual. Greeted by a seat yourself sign, we found a table in the front corner, by the window, and waited for our server. Within a few minutes we were waited on and given our drinks. First place in a long time that carries Coke products and offered diet Dr Pepper- good start. We order onion rings as an appetizer and I got the soft taco basket while hubby got the crunchy taco basket for dinner. We hopped up shortly after we ordered and moved to an empty table a few feet away because the AC in the area we were sitting was unbearable. Way too windy and way too cold. Found our new seat to be better from a warmth standpoint. Onion rings came out and while there were only 6 in the basket, they were huge and cooked to a nice golden color. Unfortunately, they were a little bland, but with some salt and ranch, not too bad. My soft tacos were delivered open face on a large plate. Interesting presentation for sure. There were 3 and each came with ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. I ordered sour cream on the side and am happy to say, they were delicious. I only ate 2 of the 3 so proportionally they were a very good offering. Hubby's order included 4 crunchy tacos, same fillings- except no tomatoes for him- and I took a small bite to taste the shell. No complaints from either of us. Our server was really sweet and other than a slight delay between getting our drinks and ordering dinner, service was fast and efficient. Dinner cost about $45 in total- with tip- so not too bad for a quick stop in a little town. Hope you enjoy
