There's also a high school across the street that causes some traffic disruption but just avoid those times. They give you two apps, one that the teachers use to track meals / diaper changes, and one that you can see your kid at all times. It's hard for me to write this review but it has been a few months and I think I can finally say…read morethings without being emotional. When my toddler started here, things were so good! It was amazing to see him be social especially since he's a COVID baby. The ratio was small, his teachers and staff great. A few months passed and the school started to reach maximum ratio in his class (higher ratio here in general compared to other facilities nearby) and that's when things started going downhill. My son started to not want to go to school. For weeks it would be a battle and he would cry seeing the school. I didn't understand but then we started getting daily phone calls with reports of incidents--he was being bitten, hit and scratched by others for 2 weeks straight. Sometimes he would come home with bruises with no reports and we'd have to call to find out what happened. We had many, many meetings and calls with staff to rectify the situation as we loved the school but in the end, they took little responsibility and minimal changes while my son still bears a scar on his face from one of the incidents. There's so much more I could write but I think the above is the most important. They just expected me to shrug things off, even sent a mass letter stating that biting is normal. Not sure what that helps when my son was getting hurt daily. Also, he never hit or retaliated--I asked the teachers. So it wasn't him.
