I noticed that the pet nanny had really good reviews so I decided to contact her and left her a voicemail. She immediately returned my call, and we decided to meet on Sunday. When I met Dale on Sunday, my pets immediately warmed up to her (good sign)! She was ready to start walking my dog every day starting Monday. I went thru no hassle, she made my life SOOOOO EASY. Dale started coming every day, and would leave me with long notes (A REPORT CARD ON MY DOG & CAT) telling me all about my pets and what the visit entailed. She took photos of my dog everyday, and printed it on the report card itself... IT WAS SOOOOO CUTE. Dale is amazing. One time she had an accident which caused her face to swell up and she needed stitches. I told Dale that she should rest and not come but she insisted to come and walk my dog. Claire was incredibly responsive when I sent the initial interest email, and she sent our walker, Jules, out to meet us the next week. We knew it was true love when Jules walked in and said "That dog is a HYENA and hyenas are my favorite animal". Most people call her a tiger, but she is clearly a hyena. Jules has come to walk my pup three days a week for the past few months, and we couldn't be happier. Eric was responsive over email, prompt in setting up an appointment to meet my dog Winnie, and asked all the right questions. Their intake form is thorough and Eric really listens to what you want. Nick never missed a walk, always showed up during the allotted time, and sent me pics of my dog enjoying the outdoors while I was stuck at with. He always locked up after himself and set the alarm, and left Win with fresh water. If I happened to be home, Nick was pleasant and cheerful when we greeted each other. If that wasn't great enough, in the last couple of months my dog has been struggling to walk. Nick gave her shorter walks, more time to sniff, more pats, and, as things got worse, even carried her up multiple flights of stairs when she couldn't do it herself. The only reason e stopped service was because we relocated to New York City. I was a new dog owner, and initially wasn't giving my chi a potty break midday. After talking to a lot of walkers, I met Jennifer and the rest is history. Jennifer came over, met P, and talked to me generally about dog ownership & her services. Jennifer assigned us Jimmy as a walker - and that was P's BFF from that day forward. Jimmy is such a good human, would txt me updates, if needed, and treated Princess ...like a literal Princess! He was always on time, always communicative, and if the rate case he couldn't cover a walk, Jennifer took her out! They even convinced my little chi to potty in the rain & snow (something I struggle with to this day). Eventually some route changes kicked in and Isa was our walker. Isa was so sweet as well, and helped me fit P in a proper harness (which is tough for the little ones) in addition to being prompt & communicative!
