I had some work done to my car here in Somerset last Saturday. They told me my back tires were bald…read morethat I should go to dumbauld's That they could put tires on and they're open till 12:00 so I left Taylor's off East main Street went straight to the tire shop. They put the tires on. I came home. Started the car up this morning. Made it to Berlin. The front end started shaking really bad. Did not think I was going to make it back to Somerset. Made it back to the mechanic mechanic just called me and said they did not tighten up the lug nuts so I called the company and told them hey nobody's gotten hurt. There's no damage done to the vehicle but you guys got to make sure you tighten up the lug nuts before the vehicle leaves instead of saying oh my God, we are so sorry for any inconvenience. The guy turned around says we tighten our tires up so this is my first step and I'll get a hold of the general. Next all's they had to do is just have a little consideration and re -clarify me that they will double check on lug nuts before leave and shop. I would not go back to this place. There's other places in town. What a very bad experience
