I would need another appointment to get it fixed. If they "knew it was broken they would have scheduled more time." I guess starting that the sunroof motor is not working and the sunroof is stuck open didn't explain enough that it is broken. Then I get the vehicle back and it smells like soneine was smoking in it. They get a one star because they at least changed the oil without screwing it up. Besides that, if it were possible for negative stars I would have done it.

He said to bring it to a Chevrolet dealership where we live at in Michigan, and they would fix it for free. This was absolutely not true.
