After working in a thrift store and observing other used clothing stores in NYC, I can say that Urban Gypsy is up there with the best of 'em. My girlfriend saw something in the window and wanted to check it out, so we did. Styles and clothing was nice...very nice. She tried on jeans and a t-shirt both for which looked like they were made for her. The owner wasn't there but the person minding the store was very helpful....providing a ton of suggestions and comments about fit and sizes and alternatives within the store...which is tiny by the way. In the end, she bought a t-shirt and jeans and was very happy with her purchase which came to around a little less than $130....which for 2 items is a bit much, but considering how they looked on her...well worth it.
