This is a review for all Grifols...don't believe the Passport! One task says to donate 7 times in one month and receive $20 a task. Today I was told that corporate passed out an email saying that you must have a referral come in and don't to receive the bonus. I believe this is very deceptive on their part as I know several people have been complaining about this. Another task was a bonus of $5 if you donated twice in first week, which did pay. read more

I have pros and cons about this plasma location. Cons: they mistake a birthmark for bruise and almost refuse to let me donate (6 people apparently don't know what they are looking at, clueless) and they are letting people come in with less that 100 degree temps, but when I went to check my temp at the desk while checking in, wants to say 101? Why did u let me in then!!!! pros: fast, that's it. read more

Not a bad plasma center , but I've only ever been to one other one years ago . But it's nice , filled with nice people , it's pretty fast for how long donating plasma takes , I showed up early to donate before work however once I got to the back I sat at the pumping bed/thing for a good 20 minutes before being helped , ended up walking out , it's a good place but make sure you give 2 hrs + even after your first 2 times ! read more

I honestly enjoy this place. They are very professional, a good positive atmosphere. They have prizes and customer appreciation days too which are also awesome. I even actually won a $200 gift card from a raffle I didn't even know was going on lol read more

The staff here are always very friendly. They are also very fast and efficient at getting you in and out as fast as possible. Lastly, and most importantly, the facilities are super clean! I never worry about cross-contamination. This is the best plasma place in El Paso. Btw, Veronica M. Is awesome. Super friendly, and always gets the stick on the first time. read more

Have been to other locations have to say this one has been the best by far. They are faster and more efficient. I am very happy they are putting saline back again. It makes you feel like you didn't even donate. read more

After my boyfriend had his eye exam done here, I decided it was time for some new contacts and glasses so I set up an appointment. They were able to get me in within two weeks and at a time that worked for me. To speed up the process they also gave me the paperwork when scheduling my appointment and told me I could just bring it with when I came back. Efficiency. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and cheerful. I even appreciated that the doctor didn't try to confuse me in any way and actually set straight a lot of misinformation I was given by my previous doctor/salesperson. You know the best part... the glaucoma machine. You know the machine that blows air into your eyes to test the pressure? At the previous optometrist, I'd always "fail" the test and then I'd have to go through the process of having my eyes dilated which always sucks because driving after is the worst. FBOC's glaucoma machine was actually able to give a real reading because it was a quick push of air instead of the long shot of air that was always forced my eyes to shut. No dilation, YAY! Pretty smooth process and from start to finish was maybe an hour of my time. The staff is great. And I felt like they really went the extra mile with everything... the doctor even decided it was best to do a follow up appointment since there was some uncertainty with my contacts. I paid out of pocket and felt that the price for a contact and glasses prescription was reasonable at $129 (and that included the trial pair of contact lenses).

I have been going to talecris for over two years. I am very pleased with every single one of my experiences for I have been going twice a week and never encountered a problem. Wonderful atmosphere everyone is very friendly. You get to watch Direct on a flat screen. They are all over the center. And on Sundays when it football season they showed the games. Get paid for watching TV. And if don't like what's on TV just bring your tablet laptop or other electronic device, they also have wifi. read more

I really enjoy going to this center. Its still on Alabama St. All the employs are really nice and friendly. The managers always are greeting and looking for ways to show how much the entire staff appreciates everyone.
