We can't speak highly enough about their integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and quality of craftsmanship. Don, Baker, and their team always make great suggestions for design and function, while incorporating our ideas and aesthetic as well. My favorite aspect of working with Full House is their communication. When they say they'll arrive at 8 am, they are there at 7:55 - they know my time is valuable. They are great in communicating via phone, email, and in person, and are very proactive when a setback or problem is discovered (oh, the joys of owning a turn-of-the century house!), and give a variety of options on how to proceed. Having worked with other contractors on smaller projects, this is definitely an area in which Full House goes above and beyond and really sets them apart. What's more, the Full House team are stand-up individuals, who are fun to be around. This always means a lot to me because I work from home and "oversee" all our projects. They were more than happy to take our money when our order was sizable, but they had no interest at all in supporting us on a small repair on the very cabinets we ordered from them years later. It's taken three times (they wouldn't even offer any help to my husband the first time he went in), three months, and a lot of frustration. If we had ANY other choice, we would not be using them.

Excuse me - why aren't you bumping the last appointment? We for some reason decided to reschedule with them again and it was a flat no show. Anyway, me and The Hubs visited their Kitchen and Bath Showroom just a little over a month ago since we needed to replace some kitchen and bathroom faucets. There are many faucets on display and many more in their catalogs to choose from. Peggy Johnson was very helpful and great to work with. In a nutshell, we found some great looking faucets and replaced the main kitchen sink faucet, beverage dispenser next to the sink, and a bar sink faucet (all from the same collection so they match). We also found a nice replacement faucet for our powder room sink. It's nice to be able to see and feel these items ahead of time to know what you're getting. If you're looking for fixtures a step (or two) nicer than what you might find at the big box stores, this place is a great option. The items we chose took less than three weeks to come in. Since the other side of their business is plumbing and heating supply/distribution, they work with many local (and independent) plumbers.
