We wanted to make our basement more cozy and requested some quotes from contractors. After realizes most items I wanted were wood pieces I decided to contact Adams cabinetry. Steve came out, gave me his opinions on things and went home and hand sketched my vision on paper. Not only that but his quote was fantastic. These are custom hardwood pieces for a great deal. One hour before the appointment, they called to reschedule with no explanation. We rescheduled for the following Friday and they just didn't show up. We called to find out what happened and the lady said her earlier appointment ran long and she forgot to call and she had another appointment right after ours so couldn't come to our house. Excuse me - why aren't you bumping the last appointment? We for some reason decided to reschedule with them again and it was a flat no show. If the sales process is any indication of the actual project process, I would think twice before calling this company.

He took meticulous effort in doing the floor of my patio and sidewalk, and is a workhorse in his efforts. I haven't seen such a hard worker in a long time. Coincidentally, I was having a tree removed the same day he started. One guy was trimming the tree, and the other two or three were laying down on my grass in the shade taking an extended break, as a clear contrast to Dave. After almost 5 years of dealing with this stamped concrete floor, and having the concrete blotchy, then having them to redo the color in a wrong color, and then having it recovered and chipping, splitting, and cracking within months after the install, I finally have my beautiful floor. It is the most beautiful floor I have ever seen, and every time I walk outside my face smiles as well as my heart! The warranty is strong and long, so I don't have to worry about it falling apart a few months, or even a few years afterwards, and being told "this is normal" and being given a bad time about fixing it.
