Unfortunately, the best trainers in town left the gym, and Genesis now employs far inferior, corporate-controlled trainers and cold, impersonal front desk personnel. They all look good in their preppy Genesis polo shirts, so I guess that's what counts. Unfortunate! So I decided to take a look at Athletic Strength Institute. I would encourage everyone who belongs to Genesis to drop your membership and come check out ASI. The owner makes you feel welcome. He is knowledgeable, motivating, and plans individual workouts to fit each of his client's needs. It may not be the biggest gym in town in terms of square footage, but it is the best in terms of what really counts... results.

I have friends and my sister who all said they would join if they were open a little later. Other than the hours, it's an amazing gym! Being female only, I get amazing workouts in, stretching, take yoga, and find myself there for 2-3 hours when I have the time!
