From the coach to the participants, it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience, well other than the kickass workouts. I can easily see that this gym works for everyone from beginner to fitness freak. The Shop is the real deal. I plan on attending again, the next time I am in the area.

The dojo is always well-kept and there are plenty of higher-belt instructors/students ready to help out in any class for those that are just getting started. The price is probably the best in Topeka, particularly for the services received. We couldn't be happier here.

I came here on a Saturday five of my masculine male friends. We were all experienced bowlers so we…read morequickly noticed the ball always seemed to drift to one direction, perhaps the lane was tilted. Midway through our bowling session, two feet came out of the bottom of the lane next to the pins. The man who owned those feat must've been "fixing" something wrong with the lane. After that the pin pushing thing stopped working correctly and required fixing. This bowling alley seemed very old and outdated. I could've spent the money I used here on some cigarettes or taken it down to the pool hall.... If you want a good place to go bowling check out west ridge lanes. Some of the bowling animations on the screens made me uncomfortable as well.

The place is clean and it's obvious that people take care of this location. Service/food is garbage. I was taken aback to the disrespectful response I got when asking the food service employee any questions about anything. I asked other people here how service was and they also spoke on how rude and berating the staff was. I will never choose to come here again and will ensure friends and family avoid this place.
