The photographer spent most of the shoot on her phone checking the weather and repeatedly telling us it was going to rain, even though it never ended up raining. The session felt rushed, and we got the impression that we were on a time clock rather than being able to enjoy the experience. Instead of us feeling comfortable in front of the camera, she commented that I had "long arms" and my fiancé had "big hands," saying we were difficult to pose. And that my hair was starting to get frizzy. Communication after the session was also disappointing. We had to follow up ourselves after five weeks because we still hadn't received our gallery, and we didn't receive our photos until the end of the sixth week. During the shoot, she also became visibly frustrated whenever other photographers were using locations she wanted, and her facial expressions made it obvious she was irritated. Considering the amount we paid and the six-week wait to receive our photos, we expected a much more professional, organized, and enjoyable experience from start to finish. In addition, he switched up my videographer on me who happened to be one of his friends in LA without me consenting to the change. He was completely in breach of his contract and even admitted it over email but still refused to pay me back for his unused services. Similar to other brides around this time I sued him and also sent papers to his parents home in Texas. Neither responded and Kyle has yet to communicate or pay back the money he stole. I genuinely hope no other bride has to go through what he put me and my family through during such a special time in your life. I got married on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and was able to get him removed for all preferred vendor lists in that area and will continue to ensure he doesn't do this to anyone else.... although I'm sure he manages a way around the system moving around homes as frequently as he does. If I could give him 0 out of 5 stars I would but the system made me at least put a one.
