For those of you who are unfamiliar with selling an apartment in a cooperative apartment building complex, it a very complicated, time-consuming, bureaucratic as well as frustrating process with the need for sellers and buyers as well as their realtors and real estate attorneys and movers etc. to comply with archaic and seemingly-endless not to mention illogical rules and regulations.
