I was looking for a new cleaner for my home and came across Karen and her company. She seemed promising as she was responsive and her estimates were reasonable during our first interaction. However after the first deep clean, her employees damaged all four of my bathroom sinks from scrubbing hard water stains with a pumice stone. This was the method she had recommended after recognizing my sinks were made of a delicate material. I brought it up to Karen and she agreed the company should be financially responsible for replacement as it was their fault. I ordered the parts and let Karen know of the cost, and surprising have not received any responses back. I understand mistakes happen, and was never rude or even expressed any type of irritation. I even paid Karen exactly what she quoted me for the cleaning immediately after the job was completed. I like to give people the benefit of a doubt, but unfortunately in this case I got the short end of the stick. I really had no official complaints aside from the damage. This is even considering they were at least 20-30min late to both visits to my home (estimate+first cleaning), it took two people five hours to clean my 3bed/2bath home that was already getting professionally cleaned every 1-2 weeks, and most of my living room furniture was out of place after they were done. I was even willing to continue to work with them depending on how they handled this situation, but obviously Karen and her company do not care about their promises, their word, or their responsibilities when caring for someone's home. ***Response to Karen*** Actually Karen, I texted you Friday morning about the cost. Remember all texts are time stamped and no need to lie about anything to make yourself look better publicly. If you took responsibility or cared at all you would have replied back. All the drain tops had was hard water stains like I mentioned but if you want to be petty and make excuses than that is more of a reflection of yourself and your company. read more

Beyond enthusiastic to recommend Karen and her crew and the work they did in my house. She is professional, respectful, responsive, and provides quality and exemplary cleaning services for a reasonable price. Was a little disappointed with their service. First they walk in with their shoes on. No shoe cover. I thought it's common sense to not step on carpet with outside shoes. Someone got cleaning spray on the wall when wiping the shelves, which left permanent mark across the bathroom wall. When she's vacuuming she bumps it on the baseboard really hard leaving black marks on upstairs and downstairs baseboard and wall. I have iRobot for upstairs that I run daily. Downstairs I have iRobot braava that I run daily also. So the floor is not dirty. Things I had organized on the shower bench were all pushed into the corner, same as thing on the kitchen counter. There was a little bit of Oil marks on the kitchen cabinet door was left untouched. But she did wipe some area of the cabinet door. Not sure what she used but it left marks when it dried. So it was very visible not all the cabinet doors were wiped down. I had to wipe it again myself. There were still dust on the TV stand, The window area and the baseboard around the house. Their mop was too wet leaving some areas of the baseboard with water damage. My house is newly built, it's pretty clean in general. The grout is still White. The oven brand new, I never use it. I wipe down my shower after every shower. Not even watermarks on my shower door or faucet. They were cleaning so fast, just rushing through the motion of cleaning and not focusing on details. Ridiculous amount of banging. I guess I expected initial deep clean to be more detailed. I would not use this service again. read more
