A store associate immediately asked if we needed assistance, and when I told her what I was looking for, she gave us a very condescending look/response... Furthermore, my friend found a dress that she wanted to try on and the employee stressed that it was VINTAGE and she hinted that my friend would not be able to fit into the dress!! We just felt that it was an overall negative experience based on the store associates interactions with us.

The sales representatives were friendly and eager to help recommend modest and well-built suits that might work for my daughter. After trying on about ten suits, she found the right one. I was quite impressed with the quality of the suit (although the suits here are quite pricey). They had a few on clearance, however, none of these were modest in construction. I have passed by many times however today was the first time I actually had time to check it out. Many different casual/dressy/athletic outfits. They also sell some accessories and have an area that has a lot of Florida teams/schools. The ladies were very attentive, helpful and friendly. I was able to take my time browsing. They have two spacious fitting rooms, they also informed me that they will be getting new items next month which is great. I found a cute top and dress which I wasn't even expecting but they were on sale! I will definitely be back here soon!

I've shopped online before, but since I was in Tallahassee, I had to stop in and see the store for myself and wow, I'm so glad I did! Walking into Sparkle felt like my own version of Disney World. The store is just as adorable as the clothes, and every detail is so thoughtfully done. The staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming and Ruby was especially amazing! She was not only adorable but also so helpful, made excellent recommendations and made the whole experience even more fun. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family, not just a customer. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable, even offering a "dirty soda" bar, which is such a fun and unique touch! I love supporting local businesses, and Sparkle truly stands out. I sent another email politely asking them to reconsider and they never replied to me. No one has reached out trying to make the situation right. I'm disappointed and won't shop here anymore if this is what they think an acceptable experience is like for their customers.
