However, the true appeal of this business is that they'll take a wide variety of items since they can sell certain items at auction, rather than being purely about melt value. For example, taking a bracelet they think will sell well at an auction that would otherwise not be worth its scrap metal value. I insisted it was wrong, because it was, and eventually got pictures and correspondence f4om the refiners, no pics of pads, and refiners stated they didn't believe it "was the case" that the pads were in the shipment With the initial review, i received a barrage of sexual slur names, veiled threats of violence, and him dropping my mother's name as well. I'd been ignoring, and then today he offered to pay me 100 dollars to take my "defamatory" review down. ....well see here in FL, you ain't gotta pay to get it down, and not only that, you can get me LOCKED UP because were one of the small number of states where defamation is a crime. A store associate immediately asked if we needed assistance, and when I told her what I was looking for, she gave us a very condescending look/response... Furthermore, my friend found a dress that she wanted to try on and the employee stressed that it was VINTAGE and she hinted that my friend would not be able to fit into the dress!! We just felt that it was an overall negative experience based on the store associates interactions with us.
