The service from the time we walked in the door was very friendly and the staff was very attentive. We drove up there from Albany, Ga. in search of some pure copper jewelry. We also had called several places on the way to check out and Pentaltha Jewelry was our first and closest stop. We we're so happy and excited because we didn't have to go any further, everything we desired was right there. The owner and entire staff was beautiful and helpful, I was amazed at all the beautiful jewelry there. We went for copper bracelets and lefted with more that the staff actually made right there in the store and we we're also able to watch them make it...that was so amazing! I purchased a bracelet and necklace and my sister purchased 3 bracelets, a necklace and ring and they also made the ring right there. I was a bit short on cash and the beautiful cashier I can't remember her name but her and the owners dad have the same birthday, she gave me $20 of her own money towards my purchase. That was so heartwarming and such a blessing God always put great people in my path because of my unwavering faith. My sister is also such a giver and she gives never expecting anything in return and I greatly appreciate both of you ladies. Your store is simply beautiful and we enjoyed the history lesson of the business. We also enjoyed talking with another customer a elderly woman that came to pick up her watch, she was beautiful and very warm hearted. We also lefted with a beautiful wooden heart box with a tiny cross inside as a gift. We will be back soon and we pray you all enjoy your upcoming vacation. Friday a week ago I picked up a bracelet that needed a safety clasp repaired. Went to put it on Saturday the clasp broke off. Had a necklace chain repaired and it just broke off where the repair was soldered. Do not recommend, the new owners/managers do not do a good job. read more

I had a damaged ring repaired and a new stone added; they were very courteous, worked on reasonable time frames, were not pressuring when presenting a range of pricing options. In other words, they'll find something you like at a lower cost and don't come off as pushing for an up-sale. The finished product was excellent and my wife was very happy.
