Also my cardio, fitness, strength and my ability to follow choreographed routines have improved. I'm. Wet haply and proud of myself. I have a bad right shoulder which is also my dominant arm however the routines and skills learned address working on both your left side and your side! That's a plus! There are a variety of classes for beginners, advanced and mixed levels. Classes are almost every day. You can book private classes/party classes. There are memberships and also pay as you go (drop in) classes. I am in the drop in classes for now. I prefer the ground work classes due to my right shoulder. It's less actual time on the pole while still getting all that core and full body exercise. I am always sweating from start to finish in the classes! No complaints! It's a fun and no judgement atmosphere which is important to me for attending continued classes. The chosen dance songs and routines are current. The rooms are clean and it's a sanitary environment. A bathroom is available. They do sell a limited supply of heels and booty shorts. All my instructors have skills!!! They're very sociable, patient and passionate about dance. I love going!
