I have been attending for years on and off (health issues have gotten in the way) and will always return there. Their classes are amazing. I especially loved the bar Strength classes and the Bar Restore classes. When I was consistent I felt and saw the changes in my body and loved it. I started out going 3x a week and pretty soon I was going 6x a week. It felt great to build Bar Method into my routine. It felt like "me time". My flexibility improved as well as my strength, body definition and confidence. All of the instructors have their own amazing personalities and energies they bring to the classes.
