They don't oversell memberships, so there's no issues with waiting for equipment. I feel like at Forged someone can start new and then grow into a fitness lifestyle at a pace that is comfortable for them, and at the same time people who are really focused can get all that they want and more. I've become more of the latter over time. The owner is friendly, and he continually makes improvements based on member input. They also offer behavioral support that is not found elsewhere. One of the sinks had no water and that's why no one washed down the bowl full of shaved beard. The second sink had spilled toothpaste on it. Seriously? At 5am, the attendant was spending his time on his phone. I opted not to disturb him All of that said, the equipment area was great with lots of options and well spaced. The 30 Minute Circuit was great with only one other person when I was here. They have a nice and large parking lot that is well lit. Sort out the locker room and this could be five stars.
