The spouts were crunchy, leafy greens were fresh, and the soup base flavorful. Served in a plastic bowl. Lots of snacks to choose from too. The ube cream puff was pre wrapped. I also tried the tiramisu mousse cake. The green tea was really tasty, the tiramisu mousse was just okay IMO. I settled on some boba tea instead and had oolong but unfortunately they were out of boba balls so I had it without. They added a replacement for the boba balls which was a little off and like a jelly texture . Almost like aloe Vera texture . I still loved their boba tea flavor which I got brown sugar. We also tried 2 mochi. The mochi had a great flavor but the texture was too hard for me. We had the strawberry and coconut mochi but they had other amazing flavors like habanero coffee, expresó , lychee , passion fruit etc. I appreciate that they had so many unique flavors you don't see often. Before I say yes to boba tea, though, I ask the waitress for their dessert menu and they sent me to BC Boba Tea & Ice Cream. Apparently Swamp Boil doesn't serve dessert. Anyway, this cute little tea shop also sells some snacks and ice cream. Given my friend wanting some boba tea, the desire was contagious and I wanted one, too. I also figured it made more sense for the road as I had many hours until I would reach South Florida. He ordered an oolong milk tea with boba while I ordered a strawberry green tea with boba. Both were refreshing, but I think I'm happy I stuck with the strawberry green tea. Milk and long car rides aren't good companions and that's with me not being lactose intolerant. Anyhow, the service was fine, a bit cold perhaps, but it is what it is. They have a lovely mural on site and I'm generally curious if this and Swamp Boil are owned by the same person.
