That said, I have zero complaints about the services they provide. I tan only in the spring if at all before summer vacations to build a base tan so I don't get burned. I was able to purchase a pretty economical package deal for about $80 that I only used for about 4 weeks and got a good tan. I still have about 2/3 of my package time left to use and it never expires so I can probably go the next two years with what's left.

I told them I would be there in 20 minutes and they agreed to that. I walked in. They greeted me and continued to get a station ready for me. I was told to sit and start soaking. There were 3 other ladies already in tubs. 2 were getting serviced and the third was clearly still waiting. I figured ok, once they finish up, then they will start us. It took 45 minutes before a tech sat in front of me. To make matters worse I wasn't even next in line. She proceeded to take my polish off. Which I didn't get as she went from toe to toe barely cleaning them off. She continued with the cuticle pusher and again barely touching them. She proceeded to use the foot file and as she was rushing through this process she cut my pinky toe pretty bad. It was clear to me this was simply all about quantity not quality. She was skipping toes and literally leaving cuticles in plain view. I was in pain and annoyed so I asked her not to finish as she unsuccessfully tried to get the bleeding to stop. I asked for a bandaid and they charged me a discounted fee. Which looking back I shouldn't have even paid. It was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I literally had to finish what she had started. Thankfully i did nails for over 20 years in real spas and knew what I was doing! I couldn't wear anything but open toe shoes because of the constant bleeding. Save your money. It wasn't worth the $25 they charged me let alone what they normally charge.

Don't come here if u expect gud c.s. The owner is not personable AT ALL.Super catty Bad w/eye contact& in general has an ugly attitude. Stuck up BEYOND WORDS...Also making the rest of us blondes more of a stereotype, the washed out blonde tht works there sounds like a valley girl w/o the bubblegum& is just as snotty as the owner..My experience was nothing but negative. Every time I would come in, the owner kay would give me ugly faces & have a crap attitude. I figured it might just be my own paranoia only 2be proved wrong 2that assumption wen the owner became even more disrespectful..I asked4 my normal time(10 minutes)& she said "well I just changed the bulbs in this bed so you'll go for five" like I didn't even have an option..I replied nicely w/ "That's fine then. I will just wait." She rolled her eyes @ me, batted them in the strangest way & said "REALLY...? Okayyy but u have 2wait a while " & turned away from me. I proceeded, dumbfounded w/ "Ummm excuse me ma'am but I also have a ?..." I was wondering if I could get reimbursed for a day they were closed. She replied rudely AGAIN saying, "well that's a holiday &most businesses are closed then so y wuld u get any reimbursement?" Treating me like an ignorant person caz I asked her a simple&legitimate question ....I then proceeded 2 wait for a whole 2 minutes.. making it seem even more so that she just didn't want me 2 have the extra time 4 w/e reason. I left & told her 2 have a better day which she replied w/ another snotty, extended "yeahhh" ..having thedecency 2 walk out &make a phone call 2 her instead of doing the opposite &releasing my negative energy there embarrassing her in front of customers. On this phone call I asked 4 her name (which she refused to give me)i told her it's pretty pathetic someone half her age has more class than she does. I made it clear tht I would take this 2corporate. She then laughed@ me & hung up the phone! Obviously she found this funny considering I came2 find out this is a family owned business.I then called her back &said "U must feel pretty lucky 2own a business where u can treat people however u plz jus because u feel there are no consequences. Seeing as 2how you're aware I can't call corporate on u, I will be doing what is in my power& add 2the bad reviews writing my own details on the shit service your business gives" I might have sadly stooped down2 her low level& said a few more things tht were not so lady-like. After everything she pretended 2b sorry, astonished, &gave me a half-assed apology once she heard about the review&offered me an extra day for the trouble she caused saying she shouldn't of said "that word".4 sum silly reason@the end of the convo I accepted her fake, card-board-cut-out apology only 2find out a few days later she spoke about this incident 2 the snotty valley girl.. I called asking what day my month's tanning ended 2 make sure we had the same date. (& u guessed right, they did not match at all) Valley girl proceeded 2tell me it ended on the 2nd (when it should have been the 4th with the extra day she gave me) they claim 2giv ur 1st day tan 4free which wuld have made my tanning start day the 3rd.MissBubblegum then said "oh yeashe added tht day to ur account2reimburse u 4 the day we were closed..." not only did she admit she knew I had more time, she made it seem like I was entitled & got an extra day just BECAUSE I asked. I lether know they weren't doing me any favors& that's not the reason I should have an extra day... jus so we're clear I got the extra day for the way your supervisor spoke2 me.. @the end of everything I told her not 2worry about it cause I would rather go somewhere else anyway Shewasn't worried a bit & replied w/ her squeeky, please-stab-my-ears kind of voice saying "okaaaay" w/one last high pitched giggle & a click of the phone. & now you know the reason for this incredibly long and detailed review. I do not walk around feeling entitled2 anything. Like most people I expect 2receive back w/e I put out & it really is ridiculous that a 20 year old has 2remind grown women how 2act. I will not be giving them anymore of my time or money and can only recommend u do the same. Classic Tan is the way2 go if you're looking for a place that actually treats customers w/respect. I now need sum serious meditation to rid this negative energy. The only descent-mannered people there wuld b the owner's husband &the new brunette girl they just hired which is the only reason I'm giving any stars at all..2 add2 everything, I saw a tanning sticker left in the same spot for WELL OVER a week so I don't think they vacuum much& sometimes it smells funky. (Specifically room#6 jus in case the owner reads this...and yes ur welcome ^-^) again, an overall big waste of time &money. Like I said, I recommend Classic Tan.
