I was always impressed with their customer service. The lady in the morning offered to let me in before they were open in case I had to get to work earlier! Now THAT is customer service. I also left a pretty expensive bracelet, and they saved it and contacted me to let me know I had left it there. It is a little on the pricey side, however. That's my only complaint!

Have given this place multiple chances. Today was told what bed to go to - walk in the room and the…read morebed was sweaty and dirty from the person who last used it. Go tell the girl at the counter and she said well just go into this bed (and gives me another bed, which I didn't want). Go into that bed, undress and go to lay in the bed and see there are black hairs on it. I have bleach blonde hair. This is just gross. Sad I have to bring my own cleaning stuff and do it myself because like I said, this isn't the first time.
